'In my side, was everything OK?'

'Very attentive and cordial staff, even with a super late check-in. Hotel was clean, nice and quiet. Great location! Would happily stay there again.'

'Great spot if playing at Spooky Nook. Not a lot for kids to do in downtime (no pool, no games, etc.). Kids have to pay to use the gym. Was raining and parking is across street ( no garage or close parking). Room didn't get cleaned while we were ther 4 days. Location is great, just not a lot of things to do for kids if you have downtime without paying more money.'

'Horrible!! Worst hotel I have been to. Dirty rugs, old food in microwave, food in kitchen drawers, trash can full and overflowing with food, refrigerator dirty. My husband had to take out the trash. Bathroom floor was sticky. We checked out within 2 hours of checking in!'

'The staff is friendly and the property has a lot of potential. If I would have known that it was under renovation I wouldn't have stayed there. There is a ton of dust, parts are covered in plastic to try to avoid the dust, carpet is ripped off in many places. Our room was clean for the most part, but the dirty towels from the previous guest were still hung behind the bathroom door and the sink was covered in their shaving clippings. 'Bring roach spray with you. The Roaches were bad. Also you need pillows. They ones there were like having no pillows at all. There was no other availability in the area at other hotels, so we took a chance. Kept most belongings in our vehicle, didn't want roaches in everything.'

'The check in staff Thursday was wonderful. Room was ok not enough towels for 4 people had to ask for more. Staff brought 2 towels which gave us 4 towels for a 3 night stay. Evening staff on friday night when ask for towels was rude. Again bought 2 towel for 4 people. Had to ask again for towels. Saturday had to ask for toilet paper. Pool not in service not hot breakfast just muffins. There was alot of shady people in back parking lot. I would not stay again unless things improve drastically'

'Worst hotel ever the water to shower was super slimy I don’t know with what I was showering , beds uncomfortable to expensive for slimy water in an uncomfortable bed.'

'The hotel was clean. Our room needed some repairs: gave list to manager. Breakfast food ran out before the time was up. Maybe the amount prepared should be increased especially when the hotel is fully booked.'
