'Hotel is loud - Thin wall steel construction - every time a room door shut we heard a loud bang that echoed throughout. I'm a BonVoy rewards member and I did not like that we were put in one hallway with dog owners; heard dogs barking every night we stayed there.'

For my dairy sensitive people, there was not access to a lactose free or dairy free creamer. No coffee mate or anything like that. There was almond milk, but that didn’t work for me for coffee.
