'We liked the hotel a lot. The rooms were spacious and beautiful. The casino was fun. The food choices were great at all the restaurants. Everyone who worked there, especially the front desk folks, were friendly and accommodating. The one thing we didn’t like was that smoking was allowed in part of the casino. Unfortunately, the whole casino and even the hotel had a smell of smoke. Even though the hotel was “non-smoking”, it did not smell as such.'

There were a few gas stations and fast food places nearby, including one gas station and a McDonald’s within walking distance. 'I arrived to the property and the outside of the building leaves much to be desired. Then I step into the lobby where I’m greeted with a kiosk of someone from another country video calling in to check me into the hotel, which was annoying because their accent was hard to understand. Then I get in the room and the floor is covered in water as there is a leak from both the fridge and AC unit. I grabbed the room phone to call and complain and it also didn’t work at all. 'Never made it.. this stupid app booked me at the wrong holiday inn. I was seated outside of the hotel And press current location and booked another. When I went in they told me that the reservation was for a different one. Tried to cancel and couldn’t because I just booked it. So I lost it.'

'Check-In was quick and easy. The hot tub was closed for maintenance during our stay. We consistently had problems with the key cards and being able to enter the door and gain access to our room. The shower was completely out of shampoo, which I requested from the front desk staff along with extra towels. Neither of those were ever received, and they were asked twice. In a pinch, I might stay again, but I would likely look for other accommodations first.'

'The cheese omelet (or whatever it might have been) was disgusting. I took one bite and chewed and chewed and finally laid it aside. The lady responsible for the coffee, cleaning and the food was excellent. Very polite. The front desk clerk at check in was same person at checkout. He was a bit blunt and didn't exude customer service. '

'Beautiful new facility! Only complaints were lights on sensors that turned off and on at will and lack of ice machine for the building. Every room has an ice machine in the freezer and they forgot to tell us to turn it on. Otherwise, a great place! Definitely would stay here again. Desk staff very friendly and helpful.'
