'I drove 10 hrs only to arrive at the hotel to be told my reservation had been canceled and they were booked up. I was furious and exhausted. They did try to help in the end by finding a suitable nearby hotel with availability. '

'The hotel was on bad condition. The room was very dirty. The shower was so dirty that we were did not want to shower in it. I would have tried to find a different hotel it after I saw the room if it wasn’t so late when u checked in. '

'Our room wasn't ready, which was purchased months in advance. They tried putting us in a room that didn't accommodate the qty of people we had. When they gave us a room the mini fridge didn't work. The shower water pressure was weak. Underneath the bed we found a condom wrapper. We couldn't have breakfast downstairs because of a leaky ceiling. And the entrance smelled like cigarettes. '

'Bathroom was disappointing. Need counter space, clean in corners, hair dryer fell into sink, not enough towels, hole in wall stuffed with toilet paper, poor lighting. Breakfast was ookay, but very little of somethings like yogurt, cream cheese, etc.'

'Voor een nacht slapen op doorreis prima maar de buurt voelt niet prettig en het zwembad is al even buiten gebruik!'

'For the hot breakfast you did get thin bacon and coffee- nothing else hot(waffle maker broken) room was old and smelled stale. Had to keep the window open to air out. FYI if you have children-no barriers over windows! Fixture were all rusty and vent fan was falling down inside shower'

'Zeer vriendelijk ontvangst met welkomstdrankje. De receptioniste informeerde ons over de bezienswaardigheden in Columbia. Leuke, industriële kamer met een oude liftschacht. Gezellige ontvangst/ontbijt ruimte. '

'Such a beautiful place in the capital city. Our room was perfectly comfortable and a very cloud like bed. The bed is also in the clouds but there’s a convenient step stool in the closet to help launch you into dreamland. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. 'The room bathroom had a leaky toilet, broken tub, rooms were dirty, sheets were dirty. No blackout curtain at night , light would shine inside the room. '

'Ice machine was broken, fridge did not work, light fixtures didn’t work, white stains on the floor, graffiti in the hall way, the hallway also smelled like weed'
