'My stay was uneventful. Nice property in a gorgeous neighborhood. The apartment is in the basement with quite a few stairs to go up and down but is cute and clean. There is a full kitch but you have to bring your own pans. No tv's in the bedroom which was ok with me because after being gone all day , all i wanted to do was go to sleep. I would recommend and stay again.'

'This room was listed accurately and has amazing aesthetics. The host was super communicative and attentive and did his best to help me navigate the sidewalk improvements that were being made on the day of my arrival. My one suggestion would be to provide a kureg or similar basic coffee set up in the room for guests. It was my first time to visit Yonkers and there wasn’t a lot of coffee shops there. Thanks for delivering a quality experience, I would stay here again.'

'George was a wonderful host and so responsive with all my messages. The area was beautiful and my kids loved the fishing and kayaking. Every morning they woke up and went fishing and anytime we came back to the property, they went fishing and kayaking until it was too dark. There were so many adorable places amongst the property to sit and relax.The rooms had two king size beds, which was fine for them to share for the (2) nights we stayed. Everything was clean and fresh. If I’m ever in the area...

'Spectacular home with gorgeous views, watching the tide come in and out from the small creek was nice. We had a small wedding that worked perfectly with this location, host was incredibly responsive and friendly. I highly recommend this location for a stay! '

So much good I could say about this property, communication was wonderful, and having a laundromat just steps down the street was perfect for a laundry refresh in our trip! 'The apartment we stayed in for our vacation was wonderfully spacious, comfortably accommodating all five of us. Its location was ideal, offering convenient access for driving to the train station for our trips into New York City. We also appreciated the proximity to local restaurants and a market. There were plenty of activities to enjoy in town, and the travel distances to attractions were quite manageable.'
