Welcome to your private, peaceful A-Frame get-away! Our Pointy Palace has views of Lake Champlain from inside the house, and on the expansive deck. You are sure to feel a sense of serenity here. We're located within close proximity to Burlington VT, Plattsburgh NY and St. Albans, VT. An outdoor shower invites you in the summer months, and Adirondack chairs any other time to enjoy the views & nature.
Entering the house you are greeted into a mudroom space that leads you directly into the open concept living, kitchen & dining space. Look to your left as you walk in and be taken away by the incredible views of the lake from this floor. Enjoy a cozy atmosphere anytime of the year with your guests in the living room over good conversation or a movie, in the kitchen making a home cooked meal, or on the deck enjoying a sunrise or sunset. This property will provide all the memories and stress-free oasis you need. A bedroom on this first floor with a twin trundle bed, sleeps two comfortably. A full bathroom for all to share with towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, q-tips, make up remover, cotton balls, toilet paper and flossers, completes this level.
Head on up to the second floor where the views continue from the second story landing and primary king bedroom. An expansive window in this bedroom gives you direct private lake views, along with a TV for entertainment. A secondary bedroom on this floor sleeps 2 with another king sized bed. A queen sized futon sits in the loft for more guests (this bed is not located in a private bedroom). All bedrooms & sleeping areas are ready for use with clean linens and pillows.
A washer & dryer are in the house to use. A heating & cooling system are present to use for your comfort. Working remotely? We have you covered with fast, reliable internet.

The A-frame is located about 15 minutes from the center of the town of Milton, VT. You may want to plan ahead with anything you need from town, since we are located in nature. A trip to the store will take about 15 minutes.

Guests will have access to the entire home.
Other things to note
Our kitchen is equipped with the following for your use; spice rack, Keurig coffee maker, k-cup coffee, creamer, sugar, pots, pans, cups, plates, bowls, silverware, an electric stove, dishwasher, and fridge. Basic cleaning supplies, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, sponge and paper towels complete this space.
Our bathroom is equipped with the following for your use; extra toilet paper, towels, washcloths, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, make up remover wipes, cotton balls, q-tips, flossers, make-up wash cloths, and hand soap.
Our bedrooms have full clean linen sets, pillows and extra pillows for your comfort.
The property is on a drilled well water source and private septic system. The water is tested regularly for consumption. Guests are welcome to bring bottled water on their way in if this is their preference. The faucet on the left side in the kitchen sink is water filtered with a reverse osmosis machine and tastes better for drinking!
Please do not flush any items other than toilet paper and human waste down the toilet and no grease down the kitchen sink. Please dispose of any feminine or hygiene products into the trash only.
Please note that the wood stove in the house is not for guest use.
