'The room and property were clean. The location great!'

'Very loud. Poor noise proofing, interstate traffic loud, HVAC loud, hard to sleep. Staff great, room nice, all clean. Can't recommend though.'

'Clean place. Nice breakfast. Friendly lady on evening staff for our check-in. Nice warm hot tub and pool. Large hot tub! My only thing that could have been better was bed to hard for my liking and toilets need to be ADA height. To low for a 6'4" man or a 5'7" woman. That is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5.'

'From April 2026 to my stay in Oct 2026 the hotel is in need of some care. The hallway had a musty smell & our bath tub faucet was leaking that was leaving a very large rust stain in the bath tub. Along with the shower curtain was ripped. I would not have used that shower because of how bad the bathtub looked. I will not be staying at that hotel in the future until they do something about the conditions.'

'No elevator or closet. Breakfast was standard at best. Motel 6 quality at twice the price.'

'Staff was very friendly and helpful. Even helped us with an early check in.'

'The property was in major need of an update. It was awful. Dirty, falling apart. Rooms was filthy, hair in shower, hairdryer caked in dirt with hair stuck to it. The floors were filthy as well. Beds were so uncomfortable …hard as a rock. Pillows were awful. Bathroom sink was so short …made for a child. It was a terrible experience.'

'The hotel location is convenient to the University and the room is always clean and the beds are very comfortable. Owner is very friendly and helpful.'
