Enjoy fast Wi-Fi, self check-in, a private hot tub, a fenced yard, deck/patio with Blackstone + gas grill, and driveway parking for 2. Walk to coffee and brunch; you’re 5–10 minutes to Hart Park, Hoyt Park, the Oak Leaf Trail, and The Village of Wauwatosa. 🌳

Nonrefundable Processing Fee: A 3.3% payment processing fee applies to all reservations and will not be refunded, even if the reservation otherwise qualifies for a refund.


The Space 🏡

Main Level: Bright living/dining for game nights 🎲, a fully equipped kitchen for easy meals 🍳, a den with queen pullout + closet, and a full bath. Slide open to the deck/patio for morning coffee or evening grilling.

Upper Level: Three comfy bedrooms—King, Full, Two Fulls—plus a full bath with tub/shower.

Comfort: Central A/C & heat, ceiling fans, smart thermostat; family-ready with high chair & pack ’n play.

• Dogs allowed with prior approval; cats are not permitted due to owner allergies (requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis).


Mid-Term Guest Policy:

For stays of 28 days or longer, the following requirements must be completed prior to check-in:

📌 Background Check: Required for each person staying, at a cost of $50 per person.
📌 Signed Lease Agreement: Must be completed and on file for all guests.
📌 Host Approval: Guests must pass the background and credit check requirements set by the host.

📌 Starter Supplies: Starter supplies such as coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, toiletries, and similar essentials are provided for the initial stay only. These items will not be replenished during long-term stays, and guests will be responsible for purchasing any additional supplies needed after the starter supply runs out.
