'This property has just been renovated and they did an excellent job. You can tell it’s an older property but they did it right. Breakfast was included, which was well done. I booked online and got a very good price.'

'Staying in the watergate hotel in Butuan city was a disappointing experience. At the crowded front desk they announced they had to charge 1000 pesos for a blood spot in one towel. My wife felt already bad she left a blood spot on her towel due to her menstrual cycle. But felt worse after receiving a penalty for it. We are decent people and regular travelers but never experienced this humiliation at the crowded front desk. '

'Dit hotel kan ik iedereen aanbevelen. Het is rustig gelegen buiten Davao en gelijk dichtbij het vliegveld. Het personeel is beleefd en hulpvaardig and het ontbijtbuffet is zonder zeer goed te noemen. Ik zal hier de volgende keer weer naar toe gaan.'
