'2 ROOMS - PREMIUM DOUBLE
Not as advertised. No comforters. No hair dryers. Flushing didn't work properly. There were weevil(bokbok) poops.
The other room was dusty and the sheets were yellow stained due to sheets being old. The towel edges in this room were tattered. The facilities were not functional. Faucets fall apart and flushing also didn't work properly. Sheets didn't feel clean and there were weevil poop as well.
Kudos to the all the staff. They were helpful and accommodating.

'Clean en suite bedrooms, cozy, and we had restful night. Electrical outlet not working so unable to use the electrical kettle to boil drinking water. Outlets are only for 2-prong cords. Be sure to bring your own adapter for 3-prong cords because the property does not have to lend. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is just alright. It will be great if they have American breakfast where bacon and sausage are options. It is walking distance to S&R, to the new NCCC, and to Philippine...
'The hotel was outdated,our room specially is old and the bathroom is old ,facilities old,the flush is weak in the toilet.Location is ok ,it's in the city,but in the 6th floor seems haunted where we were assigned.its like nobody was there except us.Staff are okay breakfast is ok.'

We got one of 35 with uncomfortabel bed. Second night after long discusions a apartment of 48 m2 still not 70 .finally I found out there only 2 appartments of 70 m2 so we feld misled compensation 20 percent of the foodbill management very poor'
