'Lived up to expectations we originally were put in the Cabana we had booked online but after the first night the aircon was too loud and I couldn’t sleep. Having raised it with them they immediately moved us to a new room with split aircon which is much quieter. Staff were very helpful and friendly as you would expect, the food and spa facilities lived up to expectations also. Some great treatments available and I would definitely recommend the Hilot traditional massage.we had a few minor issues...
'Pool was almost as advertised just wasn’t as hot as we expected. Basically room temp. Our internet was horrible. Kept kicking us off and couldn’t watch live tv because it would stop a lot. Place was beautiful and the staff was excellent. But for the price I was expecting a bit more of no hassle room issues. They do have free chauffeur service in local area and the staff was super helpful. '
