'Great location. Elevator was not working more than it was working. Asked if I could give them my stamped postcards so the postcards could be put in with the regular hotel mail and was told, “not possible, we don’t do that” - and I am fluent in Portuguese. Have been to many countries and this was the first time I was told my stamped postcards couldn’t be included with normal hotel mail.'

'Wonderful team. Great food. Big rooms. If you are in the Camino they will even pick you up from nearby routes. Note they are creasing this lovely eco farm so some areas are a work in progress. 'Very nice hotel in a very special old building. The building was remodelled with taste and all ancient details were kept. Beautiful spacious room, well working WiFi and friendly and helpful staff. Choice of products at breakfast was excellent. Only downside was the availability of staff during breakfast at 7 am. On various occasions we had to walk around to find someone to get a cup of coffee (the hotel has no machines , waiters in the breakfast room serve coffee). The same was applicable for...
