'We had a very pleasant stay in Heritage Suits hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful and our bangalow was lovely. It was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was great and we enjoyed our evening meal on the one night we dined there. The journey to the centre of Siem Reap is only a few minutes by Tuk Tuk and the ride was actually really enjoyable - you get to see more of Siem Reap. The hotel staff are lovely and accommodating but I would advise to ensure the messages are clearly conveyed...

'Older place but owners are keeping it on great shape, been on the road since early Nov. I think this is one of the first to clean the room every day. The owner is great, can setup tours and travel, and the pool area is always clean. Only thing for me was no blackout curtains, gets light out and so does your room plus bathroom is a bit small. Staff is great also'

'This hotel is amazing. The type of place where everybody jumps up as soon as you walk by in case you need anything. Holding every door open and assisting with pulling up chairs. They remembered my name and were very helpful in every way. Booking excursions etc.'

Could been given a room at the inner court instead of the street side to our family with two small kids, barking dogs on the street near our room kept kids awake. Breakfast has a good selection but only filtered coffee is a no-go, no orange juice. Nice pool but jacuzzi’s did not work. Friendly staffed pool bar. Gym was fine.'

'This hotel made us feel at home from the start. We were pampered from the moment we stepped out of the airport to the moment we were dropped at the airport again. The staff was truly professional and utterly friendly. The room was spacious and we absolutely loved the rain shower in our bathroom.
Over the course of our stay we tried breakfast, lunch and dinner at the hotel restaurant and every time we enjoyed the food. The lunch menu has some nice Asian dishes, which I missed a bit on the dinner...

L’hôtel est bien situé dans siem reap, ils peuvent tout vous organiser sur place ainsi que le transfert vers l’aéroport.

They even noted my husbands birthday from his passport during our stay & presented him with a cake, which was a lovely surprise. So many lovely touches at this place, I was sad to leave.'

"Klein boutique hotel in het centrum van Siem Reap. Kamers zijn ruim en prima ingericht. Hotel heeft een eigen zwembad, maar ontbijten moet in het hotel er tegenover (dat is ook van de Temple Group, net als sommige zaken in Pub Street).
Ontbijt is het minpunt van deze accommodatie. Sompige croissants, halfwarm sap en regelmatig lege schappen. Koffie ook niet erg lekker. Dit past niet bij een 5 sterren hotel. Menig 3 sterren hotel heeft betere ontbijt kwa. Jammer!
