Nice hotel in a perfect location, but some poor customer service left a very bad taste! While we understand plenty of people are NOT honest & how difficult it would be to distinguish, twisting a person’s words & being accusatory of someone who *is* being honest is extremely disrespectful! It very quickly changed the opinion of our stay, & we could not in good conscience recommend While we have no doubt there are many dishonest people out there, being accused We chose to add the breakfast option to our booking, but nothing was said about it at check in so we later asked for details. We were told it wasn’t included, but I said I would check reservation details on my phone as I was sure we had paid for the breakfast option. She was quickly able to find it then & gave us a little ticket-like “voucher” with our room number on it. However, when we went to the hotel restaurant for breakfast we were told we *each* needed vouchers. Back to the front desk! But while sharing the details & showing the gal what we were given, she the so had to go back to It was disappointing to have had to *ask* for our breakfast voucher in the first place, but to then be accused of “changing my story”
