Dining room seats 8, Kitchen buffet seats 6, and extra chairs and tables are

available.







There is a family room and dedicated workspace in the lower level, and a

family sized washer and dryer. StarLink internet service is included, and is

fast and reliable.







The foyer entrance attaches the garage to the home, so you can come and go

without having to withstand Minnesota 's sometimes harsh weather!







With board games, playing cards, a spacious fully fenced backyard with a BBQ

☀ Dogs are allowed for an additional non-refundable fee of $50

☀ No events, parties, or large gatherings

☀ Must be at least 25 years old to book

☀ Please report any damages that occur during the stay

☀ Late check-out fees are as follows: $50 for the first hour, $100 for two

hours, and $500 for any extended time.

☀These fees ensure fair compensation for our cleaners or any subsequent guests

affected by delays. If you need a late checkout, please inquire in advance.

Depending on upcoming bookings, we might accommodate you, though a fee might

still apply.

☀Extra Guests: An additional fee of $50/night per extra guest may apply, if

more guests than permitted are found at the property. If uncertain about

guest numbers or daytime visitors, please reach out. We aim to prevent any
