Not that i had a bad stay i would day... The front desk women can assume more and not look like they did not want to be there. Always i feel the patch work interior was a little put off but other than that i was comfortable and content.

At this Hampton inn, the toilet paper was affixed directly on the right wall at the back of your elbow. Most inappropriate spot. Needed to take a roll off the holder and set it on the sink. The lighting could be a lot better. Room was not lit enough for my comfort. Possibly another lamp?????

The facility was newer and first impression was nice. The first morning when I went for breakfast there were unsupervised children running all over the breakfast area. There was food all over the floor and abandoned food and plates of food left all over the breakfast area by the unsupervised children. The last straw for me was a young girl who started to suck on the nozzle of the whipped cream canister and then she put it back with the other condiments. I refused to do breakfast again during our stay. We stayed 3 days and this seemed to be a regular occurrence during the breakfast hours. The towels/washcloths were very worn and seriously looked like cleaning rags. This was very disappointing because my stays at other Hampton Inns have been a better experience.

They went above and beyond to help me with my reservation. The room was beautiful and once you shut your door you hear nothing outside it’s wonderful. I would recommend this place to anyone.

We had a wonderful new years eve stay. The whole place was spotless, parking was easy, the bed was very comfortable. It was reasonably priced. I can't think of anything that was not perfect.

We were woke several times to noisy staff yelling in the halls. The morning breakfast was 2 hours late due to staff being late to work. Someone was in our room when we checked in.

I was a little disappointed in the breakfast options. I have a vegan (no dairy, no animal products) in my family and there were not options available other than fruit. When I asked about it I was told "sorry but if you want something then go across the street to the other hotel". The breakfast area was not kept clean and noticed the worker was on her phone most of the time. The person at the front desk was more helpful than the person working the breakfast area.

My Mom is 86 and she really liked the accessibility - bars everywhere for her she said. We had small dogs with us and they had plenty of space to wander.

My husband we got the top level, and we had the view that looks straight to the highway. Very friendly environment here. Great selections and I love the room. Spacious and very comfy bed. The bathroom just needs cleaner and water just needs to be filtered because me and my husband can tell that the water is not filtered or salted, and it feels like you still have soap on you while rinsing.

The hotel was very clean and I loved the decor! The staff was friendly. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The fitness room was spacious and had nice equipment. It was nice that the area to the north of the property across the highway had restaurants and bars. If in the area, I would definitely stay here again.

It seems like it's newly renovated and everything is very clean and nice. Good pool with warm water...comfy beds...great stairwells with great lighting so you really feel safe.

Nice Place, No Rioters
Wonderful place to stay and away from the lawlessness. No security worries at this location. Clean, great staff and a good place to stay for business trips.

The area is quiet and the bed was awesome. We slept well. The one negative was that the omelette and the sausage were room temperature when we ate breakfast at 7:45 am.

In 2023 it is rare to find the staff as friendly and accommodating! Obviously in a 24 hour turnaround there is staff change and each member honestly greeted me with a smile and very friendly tone. As a former business owner I value this and was so impressed!

Pros: Quiet,comfortable, clean,safe,friendly staff Cons: Not enough parking in front had to go to back (which was more in front), when asked if more waffle mix was gonna be put out she said NO at 10a very disappointed.Had to settle with cold biscuit and gravy, and sausages.
