Negatief: Netheid, personeel en service en staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
Our overall experience with Hampton was poor to average. The hotel has signs in the room stating that they will clean your room every other day during your stay, which is fine, if they do it at all!?!? We stayed for 4 nights, not once was our room cleaned for basic necessities like garbage, towels and toilet paper. After 2 nights, I had to inquire with the front desk about where to put our filled garbage cans, request extra toilet paper and more towels on several occasions. The front desk said they would put in a request to have our room cleaned after I asked on night 3 but it never happened and when asked at the checkout how our stay made excuses of why it wasn’t done. No I wasn’t in my room when someone knocked and yes the do not disturb sign was on the inside. No real apologies and frustrated that we had to service our own room. Just insincere and inhospitable. We have stayed at many Hampton Inns, and will again mainly due to loyalty program and free breakfast, but was overall agitated that this occurred and was dismissive about it.
