The gentleman that checked us in had some computer issues. He was so courteous, friendly and professional. He sincerely is a rock star in customer service and deserves major accolades. We would stay again just because of him. The other ammentities and stuff was extra.

There was no ironing board. Also, there was someone's used wash cloth hanging on the shower head all dried out and crusty. I guess I expected a little more from a Hilton.

It was very good overall. The only thing was I called and spoke with the manger for early check in for a 4 night stay He said, no way unless you pay $50. That’s the rule, no exceptions. I said ok. We showed up and talked to the receptionist who was very nice. She had no idea about this and we ended up waiting a long time in the lobby. Otherwise, it was a lovely stay.

Room was very worn. Multiple stains in carpet. I had to walk around the room in my shoes. Couldn't check in because there wasn't any staff tat worked front counter. Told they would be in in an hour. I called for early checkin due to a speaking engagement. By time I got in the room I had only half hour to dress and prepare.

Could Be Better, and Could Be Worse
I understand that a fly can pretty much get inside anywhere, but four flies?! Clearly there was something open somewhere that let that many into a single hotel room. You're charged "AN ENTIRE NIGHT'S STAY FOR THE NIGHT BEFORE" if you check in before noon? Excuse me?! That's not only unreasonable, but it's flat out WRONG. The GM, Danilo (spelling is something similar) stated that outrageousness. His attitude towards us was less than favorable. There were several of us there on business. However, I did notice that when my male colleagues engaged with him, it was a more pleasant experience for them :-/ On a positive note - the rest of the staff was phenomenal. The rooms were very clean and smelled lovely. Having a pub directly across the parking lot is very convenient if you don't feel like driving anywhere for food. The location is conveniently off the expressway.

Great for an Extended Stay
This was one of the largest one-room hotel rooms we have stayed at. It would be great for an extended stay or a business trip with a well-equipped kitchen and office area. The only negatives were that the bathroom light kept flickering, and the bed was stiff. However, this hotel appears very new and very accommodating.

It was just what we needed for our large.group with the kitcheonette. On the other side, rugs need to be cleaned, we washed all the dishes in the dishwasher. Not clean. Furniture was a good group bu neede some cleaning. 2 Queens and pullout was perfect for us.

Desk person was friendly when I checked in. Place was very clean. Our room was nice. Really like the black out curtains. Noticed missing dishes in the kitchen so checked the dishwasher for clean dishes and was shocked at the mold growing on all the dishes in the dishwasher!!! Apparently, someone used the dishes a long time ago and never started the dishwasher when they left! Housekeeping never checked and I can tell those dishes have been in there for a long time! Yikes!

Great little hotel - housekeeping needs work
Spent a long weekend here with my wife and two young adult sons, in town for a family funeral/reunion. Hotel was very clean, comfortable, and convenient to basic stores & services. Main issue was that the housekeeping "by request" never occurred, 3 days in a row. Night desk staff cheerfully took the requests each night as prescribed but housekeeping never followed up. Reminders in the morning did not seem to work any better. Given the prices that highway motels like this charge these days, it seems like the most basic services could be maintained. Air BnB looks better and better if hotels become an entirely do-it-yourself experience. Here the "option" to have room cleaned seemed to be largely a put-on. Sadly typical of modern corporations but expected better in Minnesota.

Looks so nice and the staff was amazing. Very clean. Could hear the elevator ding all night, people above us were running around (kiddos likely) from 3:30am-6am and you could hear it like you were in the room with them. Could hear people outside talking so overall they must have used subpar building materials or very little sound proofing. Made for a horrible nights sleep. Pool room is tiny but clean.

The 2 queen suite we stayed in was perfect for 2 adults and 3 kiddos we had with us. Great size spacious living room area to watch tv and perfect lil kitchen for in room food preparing and eating. Pool coulve been little bigger and there was no hot tube even though the description says there was. Also only stand up shower wasnt as convient to bathe the lil kids but it had all the soaps and lotions and not just tiny ones .

Will definitely stay again at home 2 suites...
Looked like a newer hotel. Had unfortunately lots of pet hair on the carpet due to it being pet friendly. But service was good and friendly. Also lots of breakfast options. I liked the fact that it had a full kitchen und plenty of shelves and storage. Loved the bigger fridge and walk in shower. It took a bit to get used to the saline pool but was not itchy after like I usually would be with heavy chlorinated water. next time I would probably chose again home2 suites just a little closer to the MOA. Was easy to reach and get to but the 25min drive was a little long with the kids.

Staycation overnight
Just quick “staycation” with my 8 year old son. Nice clean suite with sofa bed, saline indoor pool was nice an cool on a 100° day, and breakfast was solid. Staff was nice and said hello at several areas of the facility. Easy but professional and friendly checkin and out. Perfect for a nice time with my little boy and would recommend for a business trip too as room had lots of space for meals and computer use.
