Beautiful and completely renovated home at excellent location on Dutch Lake with direct access to the lake and amazing sandy bottom shoreline! The home is in a wonderful quiet, clean, and friendly neighborhood in Mound, MN. The house is located 35 minutes’ drive, from downtown Minneapolis and the airport. There are wonderful restaurants nearby in Mound, Spring Park, Wayzata, Tonka Bay, and Excelsior. There are recreational areas and walking trails nearby such as the Dakota Rail Trail, which are well maintained and safe paths across the road for walking, biking, and hiking. The house has four large rooms with a great view of the lake and greenery, and the view across the lake is almost completely free of houses or manmade structures. In addition, there is a spacious patio deck that accommodates about 10-12 people for dinner or relaxing time. The backyard is wide enough to host events for about 80 people for a special event with a walkout dock to the lake. Dock is installed during spring and summer time. In the wintertime, ice fishing and other winter activities on Dutch Lake is an extra bonus for folks who appreciate four seasons. The gas insert fireplace, and the living room overlooking the beautiful Dutch Lake is breathtaking. All bedrooms are carpeted with walk-in closets, great loft space with access to the deck patio outside and entertainment area upstairs, main floor has one bedroom, kitchen, breakfast area, dining space, living room, laundry, storage, and closets and 2 full bathrooms and hot tube jacuzzi.

Guest access
We only book the entire house, and guests will have entire access. However, individual guest per bedroom will have complete privacy in their bedrooms and share common areas such as kitchen, living, and dining rooms.
