Assumption of Risk / Release: By booking this property, the primary guest, on behalf of all guests in the reservation, acknowledges that use of the pool, bicycles, fire pit, and other property amenities involves inherent risks, including serious injury, death, and property damage. Guest voluntarily assumes all such risks for themselves and their party and agrees to release, waive, hold harmless, and not sue the host, owner, and property manager for any claims or liabilities arising from use of these amenities or the property, including claims arising from ordinary negligence, to the fullest extent permitted by law. This does not apply to gross negligence, willful misconduct, or liabilities that cannot be waived by law. The primary guest is responsible for supervising children and ensuring all members of the party use the property and amenities safely.
