Our rental car was stolen parking in the front of the property on the second night. It ruined our vacation. That makes us feel unsafe.

Convenient location and Quiet
For our visit to the Twin Cities, this little duplex was in the perfect location whether for activities in either downtown or beyond. Being so close to a big grocery store and Minnehaha park were bonuses. Amazingly, for being near busy streets, the place was very quiet. The whole place was clean and kitchen was well-equipped, although if you plan to cook know that there was only salt & pepper and sugar. We appreciated the room darkening blinds. The host was super responsive. We would stay here again.

Great Place!
My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Minnehaha Falls Getaway. Everything went so smoothly that we didn't even have a need to communicate with the property manager. The location was a straight shot down Hiawatha to our son's house which made it really convenient. We could walk to the local Cub Foods and the corner liquor store. Minnehaha Falls was nearby and a beautiful hike. The place itself was brand new and tastefully decorated. There were plenty of closets to store our luggage and cooler and the king bed was very comfortable. My only suggestions would be to include a few more kitchen items. A couple more coffee mugs, maybe some serving bowls, and more teaspoons (there was only one teaspoon in the silverware drawer). The outside temperature went from comfortable Fall to full out Winter while we were there and it would have been nice to have an extra blanket for the bed. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Amazing location and property!
Property was very clean and good amenities. Location is perfect for MOA, Vikings games, or anything you need the transit for as it is just a 3 block walk to the transit. Very easy to access parking and in an area where we felt very safe. Highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in Minneapolis! Andrew is very attentive and a great resource for help and what to do in the area! Would love to stay here again!

Cozy, clean and comfortable
Very cozy duplex in a great location for us. Every morning we walked to Minnehaha Falls and the parkway. One night walked to Parkway Pizza- delicious , cozy, and reasonably priced! Close to a lot of connecting routes to get to places quickly. We used to live in this area when my husband attended the U of M! Brought back great memories.

Excellent Location
Loved our stay. Shopped the Minnehaha Mile, ate at The Howe (twice!), and visited friends across the river in St. Paul. All within 10 minute drive. There are parks and art displays everywhere. Yet for all the convenience, it was amazingly quiet. Harley played chase with a chipmunk in the backyard. If you're thinking of staying in the Twin Cities, you should think about staying here.

Taylor Swift weekend
I brought my 15 year old daughter up to Minneapolis for the Taylor Swift concert and opted for a VRBO instead of using points for a hotel to avoid the crowds - and this place was absolutely perfect! It was easy to find, and we were so pleasantly surprised by how cute and clean everything was inside! The bed was super comfortable and we were also pleasantly surprised by the oscillating fan in the closet, which we used both nights. Absolutely a 10 out of 10, we would stay here again in a heartbeat if we ever come back to the area!

Andrew was great. Home was clean and upgraded. Having a laundry (w/detergent) and all bath towels and shampoos was a plus! Parking in the back was best and easy! Walked to the park and the Mississippi River was amazing.

Minnehaha Falls less then 3 blocks walking distance
We loved the accomodations very close to Cub and liquor store. Fantastic pizza two blocks south Parkway Pizza. Spendy but better then Carbonie's. All within walking distances. I grew up very near there as did my grandparents. Used to go to the falls all the time. Very green the trees are finally starting to canopy over the streets again. Dutch elm ruined that back in the 70's and 80's. The accomodations we perfect for us.

We loved the property, its comfort, and its overall cleanliness. We did, however, have issues with snow removal. There was lots of dangerous ice in front and back. Much work was needed - falling was a constant concern during our stay.

Perfect for 1-3 people.
Clean, modern. Close to things, including light rail (to the airport) and bus lines. Perfect for 1-3. Owner responded quickly to questions. This is half a double. One could hear the neighbor walking on squeaky floors, but that person wasn't moving around much and it was appropriate hours.

The property was ideal for me and my dog. It was very well equipped, clean and offered easy access from the generous alley parking space. The space for my dog let out was ideal. The only suggestion I would make is that the toilet seat be tightened. Had I needed to use the kitchen to cook It appeared to be very adequately equipped. Excellent stay and super helpful to have the fenced-in yard for our pupper. Great location too, we were able to catch a street festival right out front! The ceiling fan was a bit dusty, but otherwise no complaints.

Communication with Andrew was excellent. There was an oversight with the cleaner that he rectified quickly. The neighborhood was convenient and parking was easy especially having a spot in the back . Parking on the street was fairly easy also. I would recommend.

Great little duplex. Great parking behind d house. Simple and easy to get in and out. Great yard for our dog. Minnehaha park and falls were a hit. Up to date, stainless appliances, gas range, microwave. King bed, remodeled thru out. Definitely worth it for anyone to stay there.

This property came up way, way short of expectations. Expensive for the property…not a terrific area. We could not get the main tv to work (even bought batteries for the remote)…no kitchen towels…only 4 dinner plates to work with…ONE bath towel…no soap or body wash in the shower. Called the owner twice and no response. Very disappointing.

everything you have will smell like dog
Nice property with very bad cleaning and poor maintenance. All filters were full of dirt and dog hair. The vacuum cleaner was full of dog hair and never cleaned out so the closet smelled very bad. The place was superfically clean. The bed and pillows have no protective covers. Everything you bring into the house will smell like dog and you will need to wash and spray everything when you get home even if you didn't wear it or remove it from your suitcase. The sheets and towels are not properly cleaned. They are all overstuffed together into the washer and dryer together. If the cleaners did a good job it would be a fantastic place.

Perfect spot for our visit
This was a great spot, perfect for a couple visiting the area. Very clean and comfortable. We used the kitchen at least once or twice a day, and I would have liked a little bit more in the utensils area available, but overall I was able to cook what I needed. The owner was very responsive when I contacted him regarding a need. We would definitely stay here again if visiting the area again.

Very clean and excellent use of space. New stove, sink, refrigerator and so forth. On a busy street but the noise was not too bad from the buses going by. Great off street parking. More room could be available if a large plastic plant was removed from the kitchen, eating area. Motion sensitive security lights would be nice in the parking area.

Ok, but...
Cute house, great location. Sheets on the bed were dirty, we had to wash them before we could use them. The basement flooded after that and had standing water the entire weekend. Wet towels in the linen closet, too.

This is the first I have heard about the sheets being dirty, I checked with my cleaner and they were washed. I use white sheets so every guest knows they are clean. I wish I had seen a picture or something because I am not sure what he is referring to. The basement laundry drain did back up, 1 inch of water around the drain, I wouldn't necessarily call it flooding. The drain service company was closed over the weekend but I had them out first thing Monday and they snaked it. That should not happen again. I try hard to give every guest a great experience when they stay and this is an unfortunate review. I continually try to improve the process with my cleaners and I have given them four extra bed sheets in case they think the clean sheets might be getting old and need replacing.

Mpls get away
We had a wonderful experience at this VRBO! It was clean and exceeded our expectations. We loved walking to Minnehaha Falls, Lake Hiawatha and just thru the beautiful neighborhoods. Thankful for the nice fenced in back yard for our dog to enjoy too. We celebrated my husband’s birthday and our daughter and son in law joined us for some meals. Definitely would recommend this place.

Great location, many needs in walking distance (grocery, pharmacy, pizza, pet store among others). Drive just a mile and you can find everything. One block to a park, and just over a mile to a lake and an off leash dog park. At the property itself, everything you need is there.

Great stay!
The homeowner was so welcoming. I have never had somebody make so many great suggestions and make it so easy. He left a whiteboard with all of the important information listed for us. It was very comfortable, and the fenced backyard was so nice for the dogs. Great location also. The kitchen was fully stocked which is important these days.

This is a nice, clean property and has everything you need! The host is easy to contact and the place is super cozy. Right across the street from a liquor store and about two blocks from cub foods so that was nice!
