'Top hotel. Gezellig terras aan het water met een open haard. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Fijne bedden en een top ontbijt. Alles werd goed schoongemaakt en aangevuld. Hotel krijgt van ons een 10. Beste hotel van onze road trip van Minneapolis naar Yellow Stone Park en terug. '

'Great location, nice clean property, Starbucks is available if you take a quick walk over the skyway to the hospital. Breakfast was good, wish they offered more fresh fruit or biscuits and gravy, but they had many options for breakfast sandwiches.'

'Desk staff extremely helpful, room was clean and spacious, room heating and air conditioning unit extremely quiet, bed and recliner very comfortable, excellent linens. Kitchen does not have dishes, pots & pans etc but appliances all worked.'

'Someone was allowed to charge to my room from the hotel store. Apparently hotel staff do not verify that someone charging to a room is actually in that room. Trying to get my $ refunded now. Pool was cold and no towels in the pool area. Elevator broke. Tv in the room did not work and when I called front desk the women could not come and look at it because she could not climb 4 flights of stairs so we had to go without a tv. Otherwise room was comfortable and breakfast was good. '

'The roomwas decent. Amenities were good. The management for the evening was fantastic, but not so good during the morning hours especially during breakfast… He had the same gal doing the laundry and the breakfast… They seemed a little understaffed. Certainly not fluid and a little awkward when things were addressed.'
