Located halfway between Bordeaux and Arcachon, in the town of Mios, near its town center, all its amenities, and activities such as canoeing/kayaking on the Leyre River, its riverside café, treetop adventure course, equestrian center with forest rides, etc., our gîte welcomes you for your stay in a quiet, residential setting. Housed in a detached, contemporary home on a fenced plot of approximately 730m², you will have a terrace and a garden with an above-ground swimming pool open from May to September, and private parking on the property. The house comprises an entrance hall opening onto a beautiful, air-conditioned living room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and TV lounge; two bedrooms (each with a fan), one with a double bed (140x190cm) and the other with two single beds (90x190cm); a relaxation/meditation room; a bathroom (with bathtub); a separate toilet; and a large utility room with a washing machine and cleaning supplies. Underfloor heating is provided, and air conditioning is only available in the main living area. Bed linen, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are available for an additional fee. Electricity consumption exceeding 8 kWh/day and heating costs are charged extra. Nearby, 10 km away, is a deep municipal swimming pool for diving enthusiasts. Gas for cooking (if the hob works with this energy), water within the limits of reasonable consumption, a fixed price of 8 kWh/day of electricity.
