'Very clean Hotel. The staff was very helpful and quick customer services was provided. We order food from the hotel and it was very tasty and delicious. Hot water is available, clean bathroom. It was very cold in the room so we called and ask for extra blankets and they helped was to get more blankets. Must stay here when visiting Vrindavan. '

'The exterior of this hotel looked pleasant enough, and our check in was courteous and efficient. Our room, the deluxe double, was large, with a kitchen corner, but it didn't look clean enough to entice us to use it. The bathroom was of a good size. The bed was comfortable, but neither the bedding nor the towels were really clean. Although it was noisy during the day, it was peaceful at night.The restaurant served enjoyable food at both dinner and breakfast. The road outside the hotel is dirty...

'Staff is very helpful especially Balram the lobby manager. Food is not as great but bearable. Barista is in the hotel itself so that’s great. The location of hotel is perfect !!! All the staff is super proactive and always ready to help!!!! '

'Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. '

'Het hotel ligt net buiten het centrum van Mathura. Lekker rustig met een mooie tuin met zwembad. Het eten is het restaurant is fantastisch. Ook de medewerkers zijn vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. Wij waren er met Holi en de hotel manager heeft ons goed geholpen met diverse uitstapjes.'

'Staff and Service makes the first impression and not the property itself. Here at SG, me and my family felt welcomed. Staff was courteous and made sure our stay and dinning experience was excellent. Rooms are of decent sizes with all the modern amenities you'd expect in this category of hotels. I'd recommend this hotel for your stay during your Mathura/ Vrindavan visit. "This is a brandnew hotel. Their hygiene seems to be priority no 1 . We were on a special dieet. So we needed to communicate this with the restaurant chef, and he listens very well to his customers. The result was excellent. The rest of the staff are also very great, and humble people. We felt like we r home. Keep it up. We will definitely visit again."
