'We were very happy with our accommodation. Easy check in and checkout. Excellent communication. Very clear instructions. This is the perfect place for large groups to rent because the upstairs has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and the downstairs are three separate studio apartments with two queens. 'Large property right across the street from the beach. Lots of activities on the property including a large pool. Bathrooms and rooms are a little outdated but in good shape. No A/C but the breeze from the ocean keeps things cool during the evening. The house is from the 50s so its older, but considering all its been through, its in good shape. Lost power on our last night there but this is a common occurrence anywhere you go in PR.'

There is plenty of room, plenty to cook with and an amazing pool and spa to chill in. Hanging out with friends & family outside is so easy and comfortable. 'This unit's selling point is its location directly on the beach. The beach is private, and no one ever goes to the beach. The shore is vert rocky and the water rough, not really swimmable but beautiful to look at from the unit's balcony. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you would need. Plenty of beach chairs, coolers, and beach accessories at the unit for you to use. Unit is about a 45 minute drive to San Juan, and there is LOTS of traffic heading to and from San Juan, so it was always...
