Geniet van verbluffende uitzichten op de Gulf front vanuit bijna elke hoek in dit condominium aan het strand op de 13e verdieping bij het Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort - Beachside One! Dit is een van de weinige Beachside One-accommodaties met een eigen balkon en een enorm privé zonneterras - beide met vrij uitzicht op de Golf van Mexico.

De eigenaar spaarde kosten noch moeite bij het ontwerpen van dit prachtige strandzijde appartement. De lichte en luchtige inrichting van dit appartement beschikt over luxe meubels, design elektrische armaturen, tegelvloeren en smaakvol gekozen wandkleden. Tv's met dvd's bevinden zich in beide slaapkamers en in de woonkamer. Diner voor zes op het zonnedek of vier plus keuken barkrukken kan worden bereid in de ruime keuken met zijn rijke, donkere houten keukenkasten, granieten aanrechtbladen en top-of-the-line apparaten.

De grote slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed met comfortabel beddengoed en heeft een geweldig uitzicht op het strand. Een ander kingsize bed bevindt zich in de logeerkamer. Beide badkamers zijn prachtig ingericht met prachtige tegels, aangepaste kasten en opgewaardeerd armaturen. De Master Bath is voorzien van een luxe betegelde douche en het tweede bad heeft een prachtig betegeld bad en een gecombineerde douche. Een full-sized wasmachine en droger is perfect voor het drogen van strandhanddoeken na een dag op het strand.

Beachside One, met een nieuw ingerichte lobby, ligt direct aan het strand, op slechts een steenworp afstand langs de strandpromenade. Het gebouw biedt zijn gasten WiFi, een fitnesscentrum en een seizoensgebonden verwarmd zwembad en een bubbelbad.

Op die avonden wilt u genieten van een avondje uit, het Village at Baytowne Wharf biedt een uitstekende reeks restaurants, van gastronomisch eten tot pizza, sushi en meer. Bekijk de nieuwste film in Grand Boulevard in de nieuwe bioscoop met tien zalen of drink een cocktail en kijk naar een zonsondergang tussen de vele boten in de Baytowne Marina. The unit is great with only 3 units on this floor it is quiet. The view is unbeatable. However, the checkin experience was the worst I have ever had. I did not receive a gate code or door code until after many calls over several hours. The property managers make it intentionally hard to get a hold them. If you rent here, be sure they send you everything well in advance. Once in the unit though … very nice

Due to an AC issue we were switched from the condo we selected 5 months ago into the one we spent the week in. Pleasant surprise to find the new condo was an upgrade and came with an even more incredible view than what we originally had. We will be back!

Process was very easy. The woman I spoke to was so nice and answered my questions. The property was as described and the view was magnificent. The private sundeck was a definite bonus. My husband was having foot problems so we mainly stayed inside. Great, restful vacation. We will be back.

We enjoyed staying this rental. We loved the location and the room however, I would only give 4 out of 5 stars due to the cleanliness of the room. The room was relatively dirty when we arrived. There were a few dishes with something (sauce?) on them, the freezer needed defrosted, etc. It was all random and small things that could have been easily missed by housekeeping. Regardless, we enjoyed our stay and especially the large balcony! We traveled with a 4 month old and I was thankful she wasn't crawling or walking yet because the rug would be terrible on her knees and feet as the fibers stuck to our clothes when we sat on the floor with her. Overall, we would recommend this rental and stay here again.

Pictures are beautiful...

The pictures were fabulous, but the actual place is a bit worn...couch is not comfortable, chairs and furniture arrangement needs to be redone. Most sliders were blocked by TVs and furniture!! I wanted the access and the views to the gorgeous gulf and sand outside!! Refrigerator was sporadic at making ice and staying cold...several bulbs were blown out and lighting in this unit was not good-needs ceiling fans!!! And overhead light in the dark dark kitchen!! 2 coffee pots, but the one was tried first never brewed!! The black and decker pot was workable. Excellent responses and assistance from the resort staff when air conditioning was not working!! Could be a 5 star if modest improvements were made in just a few areas!! Beautiful views!!!

Beautiful beach location

We had a lovely anniversary stay here at the condo. There were only two of us and we loved spending time on the huge balcony. The only thing I’d make note of is this unit isn’t a super stocked place, there is no salt and pepper, no coffee filters, one single use dishwasher powder and laundry detergent, nothing extra, there was also only one white and one red wine glass, so definitely not a place where you’d be able to have some folks over and entertain. For us this wasn’t an issue as we were not planning to cook or do laundry at all, but for others it’s just something to note!

Pool and Hot tub under construction

Be aware the listing does not inform you that the pool, hot tub and grills are under construction. Still a hole in the ground with rebar as of 4.19.2021. The property manager gave us the code to the other Beachside listing but there is no hot tub there. The outdoor patio at the condo had a few chairs but no cushions so it was very uncomfortable to sit on. The master shower is nice but it leaks water into the bathroom floor. The location is good and the shuttle service is a big plus if you are wanting to check out the Baytown area. The living room and kitchen are comfortable.

Vacation stay at Beachside I in Sandestin

Great condo and would definitely rent this unit again. Our only complaint is that the cooktop didn't work. It is a Miele so having it fixed during our week stay didn't happen so we weren't able to cook. We had bought food and were disappointed we couldn't cook and had to eat all our meals out. The reason we rent condos with nice kitchens is so we can cook. The bathrooms were nice,, loved the shower in primary bedroom and the washer and dryer. Something to know that we found out the first day is if you rent chairs and umbrellas, you will want to go down early each morning and place extra chairs in front of your rented chairs and umbrella so people don't set-up in front of you. It's a little annoying to pay for front row chairs and have tents and chairs set-up in front of you blocking your view. All in all we had a great stay, the beach and water were beautiful and we really enjoyed thd lovely views from the condo balconies.

Christmas Break Vacation

My wife and I had a wonderful time during our holiday break. The condominium was beautiful. The owners have recently updated the home to a modern design. The bathrooms were beautiful and the shower sauna in the master was delicious. This unit has a gorgeous Private rooftop extension to the normal balcony. We put it to good use sunbathing while staying out of the cool breeze. All the appliances are new and top of the line. We explored all of Sandestin was never got bored due to the many activities, golf, restaurants, movies , walking trails in the area. We will definitely be back to enjoy all that Sandestin has to offer.

Great location

Location was great and beach was not as crowded as some of the properties around. It felt more private. The condo was really well decorated and really cute. The balcony was the largest we have ever had with a beautiful view of the beach and you could see all the way to the bay.

Absolutely amazing location, accommodations, views, and it was comforting to have security gates to enter and exit. Very quiet. Away from crazy traffic and crowds. Exceptional beach and access was easy. Not crowded and pristine waters. Nice pool and hot tub. Would highly recommend. !!!!
