"Ontspannen en chique met gewoon prachtig uitzicht" perfect beschrijft dit onlangs gerenoveerde vakantie plek! dit pand gelegen op Harbour Point, Sandestin, biedt een onovertroffen uitzicht op de Choctawhatchee Bay en The Links Golf Course. U zult het allemaal - de baai, de golfbaan, het strand en een sprankelende zwembad! Geen behoefte om verder te kijken en je kunt krijgen rond het resort op uw eigen 4-zits golfkar.

Nieuw ingericht met chique meubilair in Florida Coastal stijl met nieuwe houten vloeren en tegels, deze woning is ruim en comfortabel voor vier tot zes personen. De familie kamer biedt veel zitplaatsen, een grote flatscreen-tv en een glazen schuifdeuren naar het buitenterras. Gewoon eens een stoel binnen of buiten en genieten van de zon en de natuurlijke schoonheid van Sandestin!

Onze ruime keuken is volledig uitgerust met alles wat nodig is om maaltijden te bereiden voor uw gasten met gemak. Grote teller ruimte op de granieten toonbanken. Er is een eethoek met zitplaatsen voor vier gasten en extra bar zitplaatsen voor twee. Voor de barbecue expert in de groep, is er een barbecue en tuinmeubilair op het dek. Onze mooi ingerichte slaapkamer geeft toegang tot een kleinere buitenterras, en beschikt over een kingsize bed met luxe beddengoed, een flatscreen televisie en een grote kast. De aangrenzende master badkamer heeft een grote douche. Onze logeerkamer is ingericht met twee aparte bedden, een flatscreen televisie en een gast kast. Er is een volledige gast badkamer met een bad en douche.

Wandel naar de wijk zwembad op enkele meters afstand, of een dagje naar het strand. Loop naar de oever van de baai en geniet van een boeiend uitzicht op de zonsondergang. Alle voorzieningen van Sandestin Resort bevinden zich binnen een korte wandeling, een korte fietstocht, of een paar minuten rijden. Of uw vakantie plannen omvatten een paar luie dagen op het strand of u van plan bent om een ​​tijdje te blijven en verken de hele resort, ons eigendom bij Harbour Point is echt de perfecte keuze. This was the perfect condonfornourngirlsnweejend getaway. Had everything we needed, wonderful location, and the golf cart was the perfect way to get around! This is the CLEANEST property I have ever stayed at! Would definitely recommend, and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall our stay was very pleasant. The condo was beautifully decorated, kitchen had everything needed to cook a great meal. Views were also very pretty from this unit and the deck. It was conveniently located steps from the pool. The Golf cart was a great addition, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. It made getting around the resort very easy. On the down side the bathrooms were very outdated, but functional. There were also a few places where the trim was pulling away from the corners and a hole in the wall next to the toilet.

Reviewer Comments: We’ve been a long time rental of Russell vacation rentals and overall have been pleased with our stay/rental, however the past 2 rentals have been just ok. Both times, we’ve had golf cart issues. This stay in particular, the golf cart was completely broken for the entire stay which really sucks bc that’s one of the things we look forward to using and the main reason for booking this property. Russel vacation was kind to reimburse for that issue. The property itself was clean but could use some updating, especially the shower knobs. It was hard to pull out to turn the water on and the knob plate felt like it was going to come off. It also didn’t drain well.

We had a great time staying at this spot! Very clean and up to date, with a great view of the bay. We had a front row seat for the fireworks across the bay! We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful location, nice condo, but...

The condo was in a great location. Unfortunately, it did not smell good in the house at all. It smelled like the carpets were wet (they weren't) and although it was clean, it didn't feel clean because of the smell. Highly recommend the area, and also the condo if the smell was corrected.

Great Place to Stay

We really enjoyed the property. The location was very convenient, and the setting was beautiful. It was great having water and marina views. The golf cart was fun and convenient. The only downside to the property was the showers needed updating. A glass door would have been nice, along with updated faucet handles. The one in the master bath was hard to turn on. Also, the carpeting wasn’t awful but could use an update. Lastly, this might sound petty but posed a problem a couple of times...there were no baking sheets. We needed one on two occasions and couldn’t find one anywhere. These are all just friendly suggestions. We all really loved staying there and would stay again! It was a very comfortable and fun place to stay!

Nice place to stay

This was a very nice property to stay at. The grounds and neighborhood was beautiful as well. The stores and restaurants in the area are very busy but other than that, no complaints.

Perfect area and community

The property is extremely well located... it sits on the golf course, has views of the ocean and the Baytowne Marina, and just a short walk to one of the community pools. The beach area and the Baytowne restaurants and shopping are also just a short golf cart ride away. Although the interior is a little dated (carpet in the bedrooms) it is an excellent getaway. We enjoyed our time here very much.

We loved our stay ! We did not even turn on the tv with the views we had. The access to the beach / pool / shops was wonderful, and enjoyed traveling by the golf cart . We will be coming back.

Beautiful View and Resort - Time for Some Updates to the Condo

We've stayed on this stretch of Harbour Point for 5 of the last 6 years. We come back to this stretch for the view and access to walk down to the 14th green and fish or watch the sunset. If you are up for the sunrise, it is spectacular here as well. The golf cart in this unit is great. For us, the golf cart is a must. This condo just needs a few things to be fantastic. This list is for the owners to make this a 5-star destination for years to come. 1. The washing machine must be fixed! The spin cycle is so loud you cannot have a conversation anywhere in the condo and the floor vibrates. I can't imagine how much this must bother the people in the condo below! 2. The sliding door handle screws kept coming out. That's too easy to fix but a terrible inconvenience to your guests. 3. It is time to update the showers. The great granite countertops and beautiful kitchen are shown in pictures but the showers are not shown. We were very disappointed to see the showers were not updated with the rest of the unit. Especially during the COVID time, no one wants a shower kit with a plastic shower curtain touching them in the shower. We actually went and purchased a new curtain and replaced the one that was there. 4. Your guests need faster wifi. With so many of us needing to work remotely, this is a necessity. This is made even worse as the cell reception is a bit spotty in the area (not your fault). Hopefully an inexpensive router will solve the problem. 5. A beach condo should not have carpet. A nice vinyl plank would be perfect and inexpensive. There are so many great things about the condos on this stretch. So, if the specific items mentioned above are addressed, or you just don't care, I would highly recommend the unit.

Very nice property

The condo was clean and nicely decorated. As an end unit, it was more quiet than most with a beautiful view! The golf cart was very nice, although it wouldn’t charge. We would recommend this property to others for sure.

Misleading description.

From looking at all the pictures on the web site, I assumed the condo to be on the first floor. Also, it didn't state that this was a second floor walkup. We were a group of four seniors and one gentleman has Parkinsons, therefore very unsteady on his feet. The description also stated - newly remodeled. One bath with large shower and the other with a tub shower.....both simply had tub showers! I was very concerned for my friend. Please consider editing the description to include that the condo is on the second floor and the shower/tubs have not been updated as stated. Would we return? No.
