This home comfortably sleeps 5 guests between one private bedroom, a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room, and a built-in twin bunk bed located in the hallway.

Located in the hallway, the built-in twin bunk bed offers a cozy sleeping space ideal for children while maximizing the condo's functionality and comfort.

Just off the bedroom, a convenient half bathroom connects Jack-and-Jill style to the full bathroom, offering added convenience and privacy for guests. The full bathroom features a shower/tub combination, making it perfect for both quick rinses after the beach and relaxing baths after a day of exploring the Emerald Coast.



Kitchen & Dining



Prepare meals with ease in the fully stocked kitchen featuring modern appliances, ample workspace, and everything needed for dining in. Start your mornings with your choice of a traditional drip coffee maker or a Keurig single-serve brewer. Additional conveniences include an ice maker and water dispenser, making it easy to stay refreshed throughout your stay. The bar-top dining area features seating for four with comfortable bar stools, creating the perfect space for meals, morning coffee, or planning your next beach adventure while enjoying the bright and open living space.

• Lot parking for 2 vehicles available. Parking passes are required and must be purchased separately through a link that will be provided after booking. $11 each for a maximum of 2 parking passes.

• Guest Age & Presence Requirement: You must be at least 25 years old to book this unit and must be present for the entire duration of the stay.

• This home is also equipped with one (1) external security camera located outside of the entrance and actively monitoring the exterior entry.

• Step-free access.

A Note on Cleaning Supplies: While cleaning chemicals are not provided during your stay, each home is equipped with basic tools for your convenience, including a vacuum, mop, mop bucket, broom, and dustpan. If you prefer to use specific cleaning products, you're welcome to bring your own. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay.
