Prachtig gerenoveerd, eigenaar beheerd stadshuis, met 1800 sqft !! 3 slaapkamers, 3 badkamers en het is gunstig gelegen aan de overkant van de prachtige stranden van Destin.

Royal Seaesta is een geweldig stadshuiscomplex voor familiebijeenkomsten of groepsvakanties. Onze eenheid wordt goed beheerd en persoonlijke aandacht wordt gegeven (meestal reageren we binnen een uur).

Er zijn twee gratis parkeerplaatsen bij de accommodatie.

Bedgrootte configuratie:

1e verdieping
- Slaapkamer heeft een queensize bed en een eigen badkamer. De 1e verdieping is ook waar de eetkamer en keuken zijn, evenals de was. De woonkamer heeft een slaapbank.

2e verdieping
- De houten trap leidt u naar het tweede niveau met de hoofdslaapkamer met een kingsize bed met een slaapbank en een eigen grote badkamer.
- Het tweede niveau heeft ook een derde slaapkamer met de derde privébadkamer. Deze slaapkamer heeft een stapelbed voor 3 personen en een slaapbank. Dit is een geweldige tiener / kinderkamer.
- We hebben ook een queensize luchtbed en een pak en speel voor kleine kinderen.

Well equipped townhome near private and public beach access

The townhome is well equipped for children. There are two tables (seating for 10) and one table has two booster seats and there is a high chair too. The washer and dryer is conveniently located on the first floor next to the kitchen. No stairs for laundry which is great. The kids room upstairs has a study bunk bed with nice stairs to the top bunk instead of a ladder and a trundle bed underneath that easily rolls in and out.We walked to the private beach and the public beach. The private beach has stairs so not optimal for wagons. But the public beach is only a 5-10 minute walk with a ramp for wagons. Carlo was always very responsive to our questions.We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this townhome to others.

Great summer vacay

We had a great family week at this property. The house was spacious, clean and in great condition. The walk to the private beach entrance was very short and was not a problem. There is a large beach supply store right next door where you can find anything you need. The private beach does not allow tents or pop ups but does allow umbrellas. Bring your own or buy from the store next door. Communication with the owner was great the entire stay. Would highly recommend staying here!

Spacious

Overall, we had a great stay. The beaches in Destin are absolutely beautiful with crystal clear water. The property was plenty big enough for our family of 6. Our older kids had plenty of room and enjoyed being able to have their own rooms. The walk to the beach was not long at all, it was very manageable, especially with our baby. The proximity to the restaurants was a huge plus as well. We had an issue with one of the bunk beds sheets not being cleaned, there were stains and dirty q-tips on the bed. This issue was due to the cleaning staff not cleaning thoroughly and not a result of the owners, I feel this was out of their hands. When we arrived at the property there was a weird smell, almost like an old home smell. One thing we missed was having a pool for our kiddos to swim in, the pool in the photos is much smaller and didn’t seem clean when we went to swim in it. The owners were wonderful to work with. They sent all instructions ahead of time, and even let us check in a little earlier which was nice, especially with four kids. All in all, our family had a great time.

Clean condo

Very clean condo. Nice proximity to the beach. Only criticism would be the pool. It is the size of a hot tub and was dirty when we went to use it. That is out of the hosts hands though. They were great to work with.

Best Family Vacation!

Our family travels a few times a year and this was our favorite beach vacation by far. Carlo the property manager was great, the house was clean and super spacious. 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths was a great option for our family of 6. The house is literally a 1 minute walk to the beach. Private access to a beautiful section of beach was great. The house also had chairs and everything we needed to have a great time for the beach. There were plenty of places to eat and stores within a mile or two of the property. I would highly recommend this rental for a large family or even two families. There is plenty of space and beds for one or two families. We will be back to this property on our next Destin trip.

Spring Break with Daughters and Grandkids

The location was great with easy access to the beach and other local restaurants and stores. The property was nice, but age and wear were clearly visible. Very appreciative to have access to full size washer and dryer. I did not notice a coffeemaker. I was told there would be cleaning products, but they were not available. Overall, the vacation was great.

Perfect house!!

We're very happy with the house. Carlo the host has been very helpful and quick response to my email. The house is nice, clean, big and located in the perfect location. It's 2 mins walk to the beach, and just a few miles from everything else. Definitely we'll come back next time.
