Gelegen aan de oever van het gerenommeerde Sandestin® Golf- en strandresort, uw hele groep (maximaal 12 gasten!) zullen genieten van deze vakantie met veel ruimte, gestileerde upgrades, handig transport en speciale voordelen voor de kinderen! Eigenaar heeft vier fietsen ter beschikking gesteld.

Vervoer is een eitje met twee golfkarretjes beschikbaar voor de gasten van dit huis, waardoor een uitstapje naar de resorts Beachside, Bayside of Village een gemakkelijk avontuur wordt. Als u liever wandelt of fietst, kunt u gebruikmaken van de kilometers aan speciale paden van het resort in en rond Sandestin® die naar uitstekende voorzieningen leiden, zoals Sandestin® Tennis, de golfbaan van Baytowne en de nabijgelegen jachthaven van Baytowne. Steenworp afstand van uw voordeur, de jongere leden van uw groep (ook volwassenen!) zal genieten van het mixen van tijd tussen de voorzieningen van het resort en het Villa Lago Community zwembad. En natuurlijk, het prachtige witte zandstrand dat gewoon op je handdoek en paraplu wacht.

Zo ruim en volledig opgewaardeerd biedt dit huis enorm veel comfort terwijl u pauzeert om over te stappen van strand naar zwembad of misschien van winkelen naar een rondje golf. De keuken is compleet met prachtige granieten aanrecht, roestvrijstalen apparaten en betegelde vloeren. Het huis zal gemakkelijk iedereen met eetruimte ontvangen aan de ontbijtbar (zitplaatsen voor 4), in de aangrenzende eetkamer (zitplaatsen voor 8) of buiten dineren patio (zitplaatsen voor 2).

My family and I absolutely enjoyed our stay at this amazing property! The property as a whole was just so amazing and relaxing. We loved the location of the property, the cleanliness of the property, the great communication, and of course the lovely ride around the neighborhoods on the golf cart. Everyone was super helpful and responded in a timely manner. My family and I will definitely be booking this property again in the future.

Great space! We could spread out or be together, and the turtles in the backyard were a bonus! We brought our dogs and they were comfortable as well, it was a fantastic experience (not that I have come to expect anything less from Vacation Haven—we are repeat customers) and we look forward to our next vacation!

Villa Lago

Very nice location and community in Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. Perfect fit for our group of 8. Very close to all the resort golf courses with the Baytowne course going beside the villas. The 6 seat golf cart was very useful going around the resort and to the beach.(Although the golf cart is starting to show some age). The villa amenities were nice but may need to check or replace the burners on the grill. (Uneven flames). We would consider staying in this location again

Perfection!

Perfect place to enjoy your vacation! We loved the house, it’s beautiful. The canal running behind the house is a great place to sit in the mornings or evenings. A golf cart is a must in Sandestin so a six seater was perfect. This house could easily accommodate a group of friends or 2 families. We had 6 adults and one child and had plenty of room. We look forward to coming back to our new fav vacation spot!

Great Home & Location!

The property we stayed was extremely convenient to all the shops, restaurants, beaches, and Bay Wharf Village. My family of 10 had more than enough space, along with 3 separate full bathrooms. In addition to this, if you are traveling with seniors that have trouble using stairs, a first floor bedroom and full bathroom is available at this home. The home is in a golf course community, and is close to Santa Rosa Beach, Miramar Beach, and Destin. Also, the golf cart was a fun addition during our stay, especially driving it to Bay Wharf Village. I would highly recommend this home for anyone traveling with a large family, and with grandparents.

Potential Renters Beware

Property was ok but they didn’t tell us that the heat was set on 75 and wouldn’t go any lower considering you’re in Florida that wasn’t ideal to start off. Then once we left that’s when all the Problems started. It first started as a random text saying we were charged hundreds of dollars for parking infractions? Which I could understand if the first night you texted us and gave us a warning saying that’s not acceptable parking but they did not they waited 4 days until our trip was over and threw all the charges at us at once. Not to mention the property managers never responded to my request before we got there of where we should park. Then when I disputed the charge with my bank they magically found “damage” on the golf cart that was there before we even arrived and tried to charge the exact same amount as the amount before, Even after all of this we texted and tried calling and have not even received a response about why we are being charged this. Completely shady business practice and will never rent with this property or VRBO again. STAY FAR AWAY

Great experience ! Even better than expected.

We rented the house To stay for a wedding. The house slept 11 adults comfortably. It had a great number of bathrooms that made it easy to shower and get ready without having to take turns, wait, or run out of hot water. 2 of the bedrooms upstairs had private balconies which I didn’t realize from the listing ! Very nice to relax and enjoy coffee in the mornings. The back patio had a small dining table which was great when we decided to grill out! It’s about a 7-10 min golf cart cruise to the beach but the drive is so pretty we didn’t mind! Everything was clean, convenient, and accommodating! We did not want to leave and hope to be back!

Beautiful home and amenities!!! Great location for the beach, shops, and restaurants. Second time staying in the SanDestin area and we love it! Communication with My Vacation Haven, concerning the missing four man golf cart, was a disappointment. Initial communications with representative Kristen (spelling??) was cordial and informative, but follow-up texts and phone calls with subsequent My Vacation Haven employees were less than satisfactory. Never received a response from a supervisor/management rep, until the day before checkout, when i received a copy of a revised billing statement, reflecting a credit to my account. An apology was never extended to myself and our group.

Baytowne was amazing but the rental let us down.

We absolutely loved the Baytowne community and wharf and love our house and all the conveniences. We will definitely be returning. However we only chose this rental because it came with two golf carts and once we arrived there was only one. I had to call the office and ask them where the other cart was and they failed to inform me it was going to be in the shop for our stay. Huge inconvenience for me and my family to have to take one golf cart and a vehicle every we went in Baytowne. Also we got ready to use the grill and realized that both propane tanks were empty, another let down. Overall it was a good experience but the ball was dropped in certain areas. Thanks.

Mixed Feelings Review

This is a great property I have to say overall! The house had all we needed, was spacious and clean. I only have one gripe. On the VRBO listing when we secured this rental through it stated...and I quote.."owner has provided four bicycles." We are bike riders for sure and this was one of the main reasons we rented this house because for 4 of us to ride bikes each day for free was a big money saver for us. When we arrived after the first night I noticed the bikes were no where to be found. I contacted my vacation haven asking about this. The response I received was "Here is the link to the website where you can rent bikes. They offer 10% off for being a My Vacation Haven guest and they will also deliver." I of course responded with what the listed stated along with a screenshot of the verbiage for verification. Next response from MVH was "I only see the description, I can not tell what property you are looking at". So I clarified which property with address along with another screenshot showing the property name. The next response from My Vacation Haven was "It comes with two golf carts, and you can rent bikes through coastal cruisers". So of course I respond with that is not what the listing states and for them to please advise. That was day 3 of our 6 day rental. No response ever came after that and I emailed everyday after AND emailed when we arrived home still wanting an answer. They never responded and since then the statement regarding the 4 bikes has been REMOVED from the VRBO listing. I know that was long winded but I felt it was importatnt to share my experience. Very disappointed in that and therefore will not be renting this property again. We have stayed at properties many times before who use My Vacation Haven as management and never had a problem. Otherwise I have to say the property was delightful and the 2 golf carts were fantastic as they were pretty much brand new. We always rent places that offer 2 carts. One more note...we never went to the pool for two reasons...it is very small and was absolutely packed all the time. It surprised my for that many houses they had packed into Villa Lago that they only had one pool and the size was pretty small. Pictures are deceiving. Second reason was they were literally building a home next to it so noise was constant in that area all day. We never heard it at our house so there was no worries there. I appreciate detailed reviews so I hope this helps out :)

Came down for a guys' trip. Located close to the wharf. This is a newer neighborhood and there are a ton of houses in there, stacked next to each other. However, the home was clean, modern and worked great for us. The two carts were very helpful when one group wanted to fish and the other wanted to hit the beach. Would definitely stay here again.
