Sandestin Resort, Laurel Grove buurt huis ligt op de 17e hole van de prachtige Raven Golfbaan in de schilderachtige wijk Laurel Grove van Sandestin. Er is een zwembad in de buurt, een gasbarbecue en een fitnessruimte die u kunt gebruiken. Ook al zijn we niet op het strand, we zijn met een 9 minuten rijden met de golfkar naar Sandestin. Privé toegang tot het strand. Ons huis kijkt uit op het zuiden en heeft daarom een heerlijk rustig zeebriesje dat kan worden genoten van onze 500 vierkante meter overdekte veranda's. Ons huisje heeft een ruime woonkamer met de keuken, eetkamer en grote kamer met een 30 meter hoog plafond, samen met 3 slaapkamers en 3 volledige badkamers. Daarnaast bieden wij onze 6-persoons golfkar aan, zodat u gemakkelijk gemakkelijke toegang hebt en volledig kunt genieten van de vele Sandestin-voorzieningen van wereldklasse, waaronder het strand, Baytowne Wharf, jachthaven, tennis en golf. Ocean Breeze Cottage heeft alles wat u nodig heeft om te ontspannen en te genieten van uw tijd in het resort op slechts enkele minuten.

Ouderslaapkamer: Gelegen op het hoogste niveau, een kingsize bed met een eigen toegang tot de veranda en een badkamer met een douche.

Slaapkamer 2: Gelegen op het hoogste niveau, dit is een perfecte kamer voor gasten met twee queensize bedden, samen met een eigen badkamer met een tuinbad om te ontspannen. Er is ook een deur naar de veranda rondom deze slaapkamer.

Slaapkamer 3: Gelegen op de bovenste verdieping, voelt het alsof u zich in uw eigen privévertrek bevindt. Deze suite heeft een kingsize bed en een stapelbed. Deze kamer heeft ook een eigen badkamer met een douche en bad en een mooie inloopkast. Deze kamer is perfect voor tieners!

Wasruimte: Gelegen op het hoogste niveau en is uitgerust met gestapelde was- en droogmachines.

Keuken: Gelegen op het hoogste niveau en uitgerust met alles wat u nodig heeft om te koken en te entertainen.

Great Room: Een lichte, vrolijke kamer met een gewelfd plafond met twee verdiepingen en openslaande deuren naar de afgeschermde veranda.

Er is een mooi zwembad in de buurt en grill, samen met een fitnessruimte en toiletten voor uw gebruik tijdens uw verblijf.

We delen onze strandstoelen, paraplu, kinderspeelgoed voor het strand en drassige planken - breng ze alstublieft terug.

Geef je eigen strandhanddoeken op, er zijn meestal wat extra's voor onze vliegreizigers.

Fantastic family vacation home

The property owner thought of all the details that made this home welcoming and warm. As a family of 8, the availability of the golf carts, the bikes for the kids, sand toys, fishing poles, and the relaxing rocking chairs on the back porch made our beach stay enjoyable. We can't wait to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home in Laurel Glenn. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained everything was. The house is spacious, thoughtfully decorated, and very well appointed — it had everything we needed for a relaxing and easy stay.The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals, and the living area was a great space to unwind after a long day. Everything was very clean, and it’s clear the owners take pride in keeping the home in great condition.The neighborhood was quiet and it was a great home base for exploring the area. Great home-vacation spot

Love Laurel Grove and this house. Joy (owner) couldn’t have been any better or nicer or communicative-she was a delight. The kitchen had more dishes, pots and pans and spices than my kitchen at home!! And we love the location, right on the golf course so we can watch the golfers. The cart was brand new and was a 9 seater and had so much pick up. Also bikes-we have had to rent bikes in the past so that was so. Ice. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone

Great House in Sandestin

Just returned from a wonderful vacation! The house was clean and comfortable. We have stayed in Sandestin three times and this is our favorite community. The owner, Joy, was VERY accommodating and super quick to respond to any concerns or questions. We loved sipping our coffee on the back porch, being able to ride bikes on the shaded sidewalks and even to the nearby shopping centers (Publix and Maple Street Biscut). Pools were fun and the newer golf cart was really nice too. Pirate show and fireworks were fun to do in the evening. The only downside would be how crowded the beach is across the street. It was so packed we drove to two different state park beaches to have more space. If we decide to come back to Sandestin, we would stay here again.

Fabulous family time!

First let me say that any rental in Laurel Grove is an ideal location. We have come every year as a family for the past 5 years. This particular property is by far the best we have ever rented! It is well-cared for as seen by the spotless interior and quaint cottage decor. Joy, the owner, has thought of everything from the large supply of dishes and utensils to the phone chargers by each bed and the sound machines and fans in every room. She was quick to respond to any and every question we had. We loved it at this cottage! We have found our forever rental. 💕

For my family and I, this entire setup was perfect without a hitch! The house clean, comfortable beds and great a/c. The golf cart was a huge bonus as were the instructions to any questions we may have. Joy and Miller were great with communication. I have no need to look else where for housing in this area because we hit a home run with this house and owners. The grandchildren already call it “Our Beach house”!

Very nice property. We have stayed at several Laurel Grove properties and the addition of a separate a/c unit upstairs was a nice touch. The owners were very easy to work with and communicated promptly. The home was stocked with almost anything you could think of. By far, this is the nicest property we have booked in Laurel Grove — we will definitely be booking again.

Great condo in great location

This condo owner has thought of everything and had additional amenities available. Her condo is clean and organized, and her instructions and labels throughout the condo made it so easy for my older parents to navigate. The porch was great with some extra green space. We used the bikes, boogie boards, and corn hole. Laurel Grove is probably the prettiest, shaded neighborhood in Sandestin.

The house was the best home in a quiet area of San Destin which is exactly what I was looking for. House was so clean and close to everything we were doing. The best was sitting on the porch every morning and evening enjoying time together. For sure when we return to Destin we will stay at this same home.

We had an amazing week in Sandestin. The house was beautiful and well stocked for a stress free vacation. The location is perfectly set on the golf course in a quiet neighborhood that offers the ideal setting to relax. Baytown Wharf, shopping and the beach are a quick golf cart ride away.
