Our House is right across the street from Emerald beach (5 min walk) and less than a mile to Winn Dixie--a good place for groceries. The Surf Hut, across the street, is great for a fried grouper sandwich. You're one mile from a really good outlet shopping center.

Gulf Walk is located close to the Silver Sands Factory Outlet, the nation’s large designer factory outlet featuring more than 100 name brand designer stores. Also close by is the Destin Commons with incredible eateries, upscale shopping, a park with pop up fountains at its center, and favorites like Bass Pro Shops and Hard Rock Cafe.

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. A number of boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton County’s first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevard’s Town Center – the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

When you book our amazing beach townhouse at Gulf Walk, you’ll be given a keyless entry code for easy access (self-check-in). There is space for 2 vehicles to park at the house, and additional parking is based on availability at the complex entrance.

The Gulf Walk complex is just steps from gorgeous emerald waters and white sand beaches.

As a guest at our townhouse, you’ll have full access to the shared, sparkling pool that our back patio overlooks.

Our villa is pet friendly! Don’t leave your furry family members behind. ($150 fee for one pet, or $180 for two)

You’ll find everything you need for a memorable vacation right at your fingertips in our fun beach townhouse. Its prime location places you just steps from powdery white beaches and only minutes from the hottest beachside restaurants and shopping! Our property is adjacent to the shared Gulf Walk pool, making it feel like it’s practically in your backyard!

Here’s a breakdown of what to expect in the house:

**Kitchen:** If you enjoy cooking during your vacation, you’ll be pleased to find our fully stocked kitchen has everything you need and more! It features stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, a double toaster, a blender for morning smoothies, a coffee maker, and plenty of pots, pans, and dishes. You’ll have everything necessary to prepare and enjoy meals at home.

**Dining Area:** There’s plenty of seating for meals with our large family-style dining table and breakfast bar. There’s room for everyone! Additionally, you can relax on the second-level balcony or the ground-level patio while enjoying your morning coffee.

**Living Room:** The living room offers ample comfortable seating for everyone as you relax and stream your favorite shows or movies on the 65” TV equipped with Roku and a soundbar. It opens up to a covered patio with a pleasant courtyard view. For entertainment, there’s also a PlayStation 4, a complete poker set, and board games for a fun game night.

**Bedrooms (2nd floor):** Rest easy knowing that every guest has a comfortable place to sleep with 3 full bedrooms and 6 beds, all featuring luxury mattresses and HD TVs with Roku.
