Alerio E302 is een high-end appartement gelegen aan de Scenic Gulf Drive, in Miramar Beach, aan de overkant van de straat van Alerio's deeded toegang tot het strand. Gasten van dit appartement hebben toegang tot het gemeenschappelijke zwembad en bubbelbad van Alerio, het splashpad van de kinderen en het grillgedeelte. Deze locatie ligt op minder dan 1,5 km van het grootste designer outlet winkelcentrum in het zuiden, Silver Sands Premium Outlet. Supermarkten, eetgelegenheden en recreatieve ruimtes zijn allemaal gemakkelijk bereikbaar vanaf Alerio E302, waardoor het een ideaal appartement is om te boeken voor een strandvakantie!

Alerio E302 is een 2BR / 2BA-eenheid die net in 2015 is gebouwd! Dit appartement is voorzien van hardhouten vloeren, indrukwekkende kunstwerken, roestvrijstalen apparaten, een wasmachine en droger en een balkon. Bij binnenkomst van het apparaat wordt u begroet door artistieke wandsculpturen en de woonkamer en keuken verbonden door een open plattegrond. De woonkamer heeft een flatscreen-tv en een slaapbank en 31 USB-voedingspoorten. De keuken is voorzien van roestvrijstalen apparaten en granieten aanrecht. Je vindt zitplaatsen langs de bar met vier barkrukken.

De ruime slaapkamer van dit appartement is ingericht met een luxe kingsize bed, een kast met dubbele deuren, een flatscreen-tv en een eigen badkamer. Overall the condo was very convenient to the beach and close by restaurants and shops. The en suite bathrooms were nice and there was plenty of space. Upon arrival, there was quite a bit of residual sand on the living room carpet as well as cheerios and some small paper pieces of garbage. Housekeeping did remedy upon notification. The air conditioning was a problem - the owner has it set to go up to 75 degrees at 9 pm and there’s no way to change it without the owner code. Being pregnant, this was a huge problem. Eventually the owner was contacted but when we asked to have the setting moved to 70 at night - it was changed to 72. We noticed last night it was moved up to 73. The extra blanket was not clean and we had to use the one pack of laundry detergent provided for it. I found it odd that they asked upon booking if we were celebrating anything (we were - a babymoon, a 40th birthday, and a 14th birthday) and there was nothing set out or left for us. This is nit-picky but most VRBOs seem to do at least some kind of welcome basket. We found it odd there was one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one roll of paper towels, and 2 trash bags. If you’re staying there a week or two - great, but it’s a huge pain to have to buy all of these items and laundry detergent for a 4 day stay. The TVs were extremely frustrating to use and no instructions were left about remotes, they were also incredibly slow. The pool is very small and looks nothing like the pictures online.

Great place! The condo was well kept, comfortable, and enjoyable. Only complaint is the lack of parking and this condo being in the very back of the complex. Parking isn’t a big deal, but someone else parked in our spot, making it difficult to find a quick solution. When you call after hours, there is a company who gets your message to the rental company, so you have to wait, which can be exhausting after a long day at the beach or if you go enjoy other activities. The walk to the beach access is less than 5 minutes. I would definitely stay here again! Also the gate safety was a great feature, so that not just anyone can walk in and out of the condo complex.

We had noise from unit above from the beginning of vac. Reported to Beach Blue from 7:30 am to after 10:30 pm. Also contacted Real Joy as they rented out unit. After 3 weeks we left. They would not refund any $$. We were locked out of unit. Lock needed to be replaced because someone forgot to replace batteries. The couch is so broken down needs replacement. The furniture was stained and had to be cleaned/Did not get stains out. One slat is broken on bedroom blind. Towel bar was hanging in 2nd bathroom and repaired. Left mess plus set can of plaster on lv room furniture leaving plaster ring for us to clean. Will absolutely not stay there again or rent from Beach Blue. We paid a lot of $$ to stay there.

Overall, the condo was nice and is a short walk to the beach. The apartment is cozy and great for getaways. My biggest grip is the freezer was not working. My son's ice cream birthday cake melted in the freezer. Also, be sure to bring toilet paper and paper towels. The management provides one roll in the kitchen and one roll in each bathroom. I've never seen such thin toilet paper in my life. Gas station rest rooms have better toilet paper than what was provided. For the amount of money paid for our stay they could at least give us decent generic toilet paper, but these people gave us rolls rejected by the dollar store!

Liked everything about our unit EXCEPT the parking! You’re limited to one designated parking spot and that’s it…our kids wanted to rent a golf cart so we did, got to the condo and was a written a warning citation because we were “blocking grills”. Other than that, everything else was great. But y’all need to do something about that parking!!

The property was neat ,very nice and comfy… Any problem I had was promptly addressed by management.. … The splash pad and the pool was a hit for the kids especially with the ongoing pandemic… My only complaint is that there is need for a bigger pool to accommodate the multiple condos…

Wonderful location directly across from the beach with super easy access. Right next to a few restaurants and a surf shop. Less than a mile from the grocery store. The only thing I would change is it is a bit dark in the evening but overall would rebook!

We throughly enjoyed staying at this property. We have been to Destin many times, and this is a top rated place for us. The only con is that you have 1 parking spot per condo. Otherwise, it was a great experience, and we highly recommend!

Overall the property ws great, just a few things that could help. There was no place to hang our towels. Just a few more hooks on the wall would be a nice feature. There were also no condiments at all. Salt and pepper would have been nice. Also, they only left the toilet paper on the wall for us to use. They were not full at all so for just 4 days we ran out as well as only one trashbag and one dish washing detergent. At least two would have been nice. Location was great and the room as a whole was nice. Thanks again.

Second time we have stayed at these condos. We love the location and condos are very nice. However, condo floor was pretty dirty. Check in time could be earlier or could offer early check in. Said could not check in early because of housekeeping but by the appearance it didn’t look like it had been cleaned. Lastly, we had adults and older teenagers In our group , 10pm for pool to close is too early. . By the time everyone gets back from dinner not a lot of time to enjoy pool, midnight at least. Overall, great place and great trip.

We had a great time! The apartment was very good? However, the kitchen counter was not clean and the closet where the Beach chairs were stored it was completely full of sand. There was an electrical problem with the lights in the master bedroom. But we missed to call to get it fixed Even though these issues, we will definitely come back! Our suggestion will be to make sure the kitchen is properly cleaned, since de cleaning fee is expensive. Other than that, bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean .

We came with our daughter and her kids to watch our grandson play baseball. The unit we stayed in was great. Overall the stay was good, but unfortunately we had very noisy neighbors above us. We also never could get the TVs to work until the last evening.

Management is attentive and does everything possible to make your stay comfortable. The beach access is directly across the street. Quick drive to the Destin Commons and about a 3 minute drive to and fantastic outlet mall. We would absolutely return for a stay in this condo. Clean, gate attendants to help you feel safe and secure, and management that is on top of everything. Highly recommend.

Super clean! Kitchen has everything you need as In kitchen appliances and dishes. All you need is to buy food. We were very happy with our choice. Perfect location, it was superrrr close to the beach, literally walking distance. We loved it!

We were very happy with the place. Very beautiful. Close to the beach. Our electricity was out in one room and they came to fix it right away. They kitchen was stacked with all you need to cook and we didn’t need anything. We had plenty of towels. One recommendation would be to leave some instructions on how to use the TV in the living room. We also had 2 roaches, but they were dead. It was great that the place had beach chairs, a small beach umbrella, and some beach toys. The pool was really nice. Overall, we loved he place!!!! Beautiful and super close to a store that sells souvenirs!

Condo itself was very nice, furniture looks just like pictures in person, only flaw was the parking on the property was obsurd. Many people parked on the property without parking passes, causing people actually paying to be there to park wherever they could.
