Ariel Dunes I 507 - Ruime unit op de vijfde verdieping met een prachtig uitzicht op de golf en het zwembad. Luxe en ontspanning wachten op u! Dit prachtige appartement is gelegen in het prachtige Seascape Resort in het Miramar Beach-gebied. Spectaculair uitzicht op de golf vanaf uw extra grote balkon. Grote slaapkamer met een strak modern kingsize bed, een flatscreen-tv en een eigen toegang tot het balkon, een extra groot priv��bad met ligbad, glazen douche en dubbele wastafels met veel toogruimte!
Tweede slaapkamer is ruim met een queensize bed en een flatscreen-tv en een groot tweede ligbad.
De woonkamer heeft een uitklapbare slaapbank. Geschikt voor twee extra gasten. Plafonds van 9 voet met grote glazen schuifdeuren naar het grote balkon en uitzicht op het zwembad. Nieuwe 65 "Flat Screen Smart TV met NETFLIX. Opgewaardeerde keuken, granieten werkbladen Volledig gevuld! Gerechten, kookgerei, elektrische blikopener, mixer, koffiezetapparaat en grote koelkast. We doen er alles aan om ervoor te zorgen dat u zich op uw gemak voelt. Extra beddengoed voor elk bed met voldoende handdoeken en kussens. Extra papieren handdoeken, toiletpapier, schoonmaakmiddelen, wasmiddel zijn aanwezig. Ik geef zelfs een paar bordspellen, boeken en films. Ik verstrek ook strandhanddoeken en strandspeelgoed. Alles wat je moet meenemen is eten en kleding en je bent klaar voor een geweldige vakantie !!

Girls Trip

The property and the Condo were fantastic. This was our annual girls trip for 2025. We loved the location, within walking distance to so many places. The property and condo was exceptionally clean. The condo was equipped with everything we needed. The extra large deck was wonderful, and the views were Amazing. We will definitely be back to this property again. Thank you so much, Michelle for taking the time to talk with me when I called. The office staff is also amazing and very friendly.

Awesome Find!

We thought the Condo was beautiful, very clean and comfortable for our extended stay. The Balcony and views of the ocean, sunrises and sunsets are amazing! It was so quiet and peaceful and the elevator was always punctual and virtually right across from our unit! We will definitely return again!

Great condo

We stayed here with our kids for a moon crush music festival and this condo was perfect! Everything was very clean and well stocked. Communication with the property manager was excellent. My only complaint about the building was the elevators. There were only 2 out of 4 working elevators for the whole building and for most of the day on Friday there was only one working elevator. Hoping all elevators are operating in the future because there’s lines out the door of the building after the concerts.

There was a brief hiccup when we arrived as we were initially assigned to one condo and then assigned to another, but both were facing the beach and the property manager was immediately responsive and got us into the new place. We loved everything about it. Even though it was in a very large building, it felt very solid and noise was not an issue.

3rd year staying here in a row, amazing stay each time!

This is the 3rd year me and my family have stayed at this property and I have absolutely zero complaints. It is clean, the decorations are beautiful (I would describe it as having a beach-classy vibe), and the location is perfect. We rent a golf cart that is offered through Seascape & we pick it up at the cabana. This makes it easy for us to travel with our stuff to the beach however, walking to the beach is very short (less then 10 minutes). We rent umbrellas and chairs and the condo even offers 2 chairs on the patio. 5/5 overall. Thanks to Kimberly!

The unit is well furnished. The owner supplied more than the usual things normally found in a rental condo. (Even beach towels). The balcony was lovely and gave more than adequate seating. We found the unit very well cleaned. There was no need to do touchups to feel more comfortable. The rental agency was excellent. We had two occasions to call them and they responded quickly and efficiently. In making the reservation they were fun and made us feel like they knew the property.

Great condo close to everything!

My husband and I stayed here for our spring break trip, and I don't think we could have picked a better place. The price was great, the condo was super clean and was stocked with everything we needed, and the location was near the beach, bike path, restaurants, and shopping. There is a huge balcony with a direct view of the gulf. The property is also very nice- we loved the pond/lake with the boardwalk you could walk on to the beach. We had no problems at all and will definitely stay here again next time we are in Destin!

WOW! The AMAZING VIEW!

I don't usually give reviews but felt that this trip deserved one especially this property. Easy trip up the elevator to the 5th floor that drops you to your front door practically. Very spacious condo and a large kitchen. Its always a plus having a washer & dryer and this was option was used often. Bedrooms were very nice with large flat screen tv's. Restrooms were very spacious. We did have an issue day 1 with stopped up drain but a quick message to KL and this was resolved immediately! Always in communication checking on us. Living room was very comfortable. THE VIEW!! WOW! From the master bedroom to walk out to you LARGE balcony was awesome! Can't say enough about this place. They even helped us arrange the pontoon boat for an excursion. FULL SERVICE! A++ We will be back!!
