This yard is one of the largest in the area. Only two blocks to the beach, and walking distance to world famous Pompano Joe's restaurant, it is freshly remodeled and ready for your perfect vacation.

It has a huge pool, jacuzzi, outdoor patio, and everything you need in the backyard. The freshly remodeled kitchen opens up right to the backyard where you can swim in the large 30 X 16 pool, relax in the hot tub which seats up to 8, or sit by the firepit at night while relaxing in the tropical setting. It is truly an amazing luxury paradise. There is also an outdoor grade ping pong table, a huge gas fire pit, and hammocks and seating galore in the backyard.

The setting is secluded on a private street and the lots are double the usual size of other homes in the area. Most pools in the area are less than half the size of this one! They are like Vegas sitting pools. This is a full size swimming pool for all the family or families to enjoy. And the hot tub spills out right into the pool to warm it up.

Inside the house has five bedrooms and three baths and an open kitchen and living room area. Off to the kitchen and living room area is a separate dining room area to have family meals together. The bedroom layout of the home is as follows: one master bedroom with a king bed and attached bath. One bedroom with a king bed and another with a king bedroom and a separate bathroom to share for those two bedrooms. A bunk bed room with four full beds and a jack and jill bathroom which connects to a bedroom with a queen bed.

The great thing about this area is that you are walking distance to the beach and restaurants such as Pompano Joes. And if you don't want to go to the beach you can relax in the oversize backyard and enjoy your privacy and seclusion on this private street with amazing backyard amenities and luxury setting.

For larger parties the house next door, Emerald Haven, is also available. Talk to us about booking both houses together for large parties.

Pool heating available upon request. $350 per week plus tax ($50 per day plus tax). Pool heat must be selected for the duration of the stay and is not available for partial amounts of days. Pool heating highly recommended for mid October through mid May for maximum enjoyment of property. Jacuzzi available 6pm-10pm on timer year round.

Pack and play and high chair available upon request.
GOLF CARTS: We have a fleet of discounted golf carts for our homes. We bought them because rental companies were charging $165/day. We offer them for between $300 and $495 per week (+taxes and processing), depending on time of year. They are six-seater electric luxury golf carts with leather and outdoor built-in outdoor speakers for playing music. If interested, please inquire regarding availability.


REFUND POLICY: If you wish to cancel we will attempt the dates and will refund you what we book it for if it is outside the cancellation window. If you need to cancel please make sure to contact us as soon as possible so we can rebook the time period.

COVID POLICY: Should the house be unavailable due to a government imposed shutdown, you would get a 100% refund.

**Travel Insurance is recommended during the hurricane season of June-October.

RING DOORBELL NOTIFICATION: Please note there is a ring doorbell on the front of the house with audio/video recording. This is only on the front of the house but while in front you may be recorded on video or audio.
