Wacht nooit op een lift met deze begane grond-unit, loop gewoon de schuifdeur uit naar de golf en het zwembad! Unit beschikt over granieten aanrecht in de keuken en baden, tegels overal, en is ingericht met stijlvol meubilair. De slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed en een flatscreen-tv en dvd. De tweede slaapkamer heeft een tweepersoonsbed en een stapelbed (twee tweelingen), evenals een flatscreen-tv en dvd. De woonkamer heeft een tweepersoons slaapbank en een flatscreen-tv en dvd. Geniet van een volledig uitgeruste keuken met magnetron, oven, fornuis, koelkast, vaatwasser, wasmachine en droger in de unit.
Beach House is een gezinsgericht, goed onderhouden complex met een lage dichtheid. Het pand beschikt over vele familie-activiteiten met een groot zwembad, een kleiner kinderbad, sjoelbakken, verlichte tennisbanen, een speelkamer met veel speelautomaten, een fitnessruimte, een uitgebreide wandelfietsroute die alleen toegankelijk is door de straat over te steken, een clubhuis met diverse bordspellen, tv's en toegang tot de computer. Het enorme strand biedt brede gebieden voor het verspreiden en bouwen van eindeloze zandstructuren. Met zoveel opties is er een constante mogelijkheid voor familieplezier!

Het complex bevindt zich op 200 meter van het ongerepte strand - de grootste per eenheid aan de hele Smaragdkust. Het prive zwembad is verwarmd en heeft een apart kinderbad en een prieel om te ontspannen. Er is een groot apart clubhuis gunstig gelegen nabij de zwembaden. Gratis strandservice is seizoensgebonden beschikbaar met parasol en stoelen. Fietsen en kajaks nu ter plaatse te huur!

Quick family beach trip

Location is awesome. Sit on the ground floor and looking directly at the ocean. Beach access from the ground floor balcony was very convenient as was the pool. Only thing that was disappointing was the beach chairs with umbrellas in front of the property were so close together it was not easy to get through especially with families with little ones set up behind the chairs. Room was nice and checkin was easy.

Family Beach Wedding Vacation

The condo was perfect and made our family trip even more enjoyable. Loved the updates to the condo; new living room furniture and bedroom was updated with one king or queen size bed. Having all the kitchen appliances made our stay a lot easier. Appreciated having the use of the rafts, knee boards, pool toys, etc. The condo is on the main floor with close and easy access to the pool, beach, and BBQ pits. We did have a problem upon arrival getting into the condo because the code to the door was changed and the new code was not sent. We had to call, leave a message, and wait outside the condo with all of our luggage for a return call to get the new code. The pool was also closed for repairs for two days. Outside of those two issues we had a great vacation and would stay at Vicki's property again. Thanks a bunch.

Loved the 1st floor! Overall it was a great property. The internet connection was terrible so don't plan on getting any work done or streaming movies while you're there. Will definitely book again. Can't comment on the pool as we were beach only.

Good locate and wonderful view!

Check in was super easy. I’m recovering from an injured knee so the closeness of the beach was very important and I wasn’t disappointed. The views and sounds of the ocean was amazing. Would recommend this property for sure!!!

Beach trip 2021

My family had a blast! Love the location/ Miramar area is our favorite. We love the floor unit and grassy area in front of the patio. The pool and beach access is steps away… no elevator or steps to climb to condo. And being able to walk to shops and restaurants beats being stuck in traffic! We look forward to our family beach trip all year and can’t wait to come back to The Beach House!

LOVED THIS CONDO!

Direct access to beach from ground floor unit. Very clean and thankful to prior renters who left beach chairs, toys, etc. Condo had everything we needed for a family of 4 with children ages 9 & 11. Pool was clean and not over-crowded. Families on beach maintained excellent social distancing and we felt very safe being there. Also in a great community with good access to beach shops, rentals, etc. Truly enjoyed our stay and very thankful for the cleanliness of the property + the onsite site managers.

Annual get away.!!

Great property and location. Definitely be back, however the orange construction fencing was an eye sore and I would have liked to put my beach stuff directly on the patio that was the draw to the first floor, instead we had to drag through the condo, sandy and wet. BUT loved the place that was just a minor inconvenience. See you next year..!!

Great location; unfortunate timing of construction

Our family of 5 loved condo 103D, it might be one of the best we have ever stayed in. The bedrooms were spacious, the kitchen was well-appointed, and the layout was perfect. The condo is also walking distance to restaurants (crowd favorite Surf Hut), shops (Alvin's Island is across the street), and a Winn Dixie is less than a half mile away. We booked this unit because of the ground floor access to the beach and the unfettered view of the ocean. Candidly we were quite disappointed when we walked in to discover a large orange construction fence in front of the entire unit. It prevented us from walking on the grass off the porch, and blocked the million dollar view we were expecting to have. It was also disappointing to learn the management company knew about the fence as it has been up for weeks and is expected to be up for month(s) to come. If we were given prior notice of the obstruction and options to adjust, we likely would have altered our plans. That aside, we had an amazing vacation and would highly recommend this location and condo unit. The beach is not as busy as others we've experienced closer to Destin, and the complimentary beach service was such a luxury!
