Just 200 yards from the sugar-white sands of Miramar Beach, Gulf Winds #1 is the perfect beach retreat for couples or small families. This beautifully updated townhome comfortably sleeps 8 guests with a king bed, queen bed, twin-over-twin bunk, and a queen Murphy bed. Both bedrooms are located on the first floor and feature en-suite bathrooms, along with access to a private patio or balcony—ideal for enjoying the coastal breeze. Upstairs, the second floor boasts a cozy living area with water views from the sofa, plus a fully equipped modern kitchen and dining space for home-cooked meals. This family-friendly townhome also includes private beach access, a refreshing community pool, and two private balconies—everything you need for a relaxing and memorable beach getaway!

Gulf Winds East is a low-rise complex in the heart of Miramar Beach, featuring private (gated) beach access and gazebo for its owners and guests and a community pool. You are close enough to the Gulf to hear the waves from your balcony. These lovely townhomes are just off Scenic 98 where you can enjoy a morning walk or bike ride and near numerous beach shops, Captain Dave's restaurant, coffee shops, and a short drive in either direction to Destin Commons or Silver Sands Outlets.

Just 3 miles away is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

This was a great place for us as a family of 6 to stay. It was just as it was described. Its very close to the beach with its own private access and with restaurants close by. We would definitely love to stay here again in the future and recommend it to any families looking for a relaxing beach vacation.
