  • MAANDELIJKSE VERHUUR ZIJN NIET TOEGESTAAN. 2 of 3 nachten met een minimum van 3 nachten in de zomer of wekelijkse verhuur zijn welkom. Onze ruime Gulf Front een slaapkamer / een bad appartement is gelegen op de eerste verdieping met een directe staking van de patio naar het zwembad. Vanaf daar is het strand op een steenworp afstand.



    Ons appartement is volledig gerenoveerd en bijgewerkt met alle luxe die nodig is om van uw verblijf te genieten, waaronder een lcd-tv / dvd, weelderige bedden en fantastische meubels. De unit is overal betegeld, dus geen tapijt behalve een vloerkleed voor uw plezier. De accommodatie bevindt zich op de 1e verdieping van Beachside Two en biedt uitzicht op het zwembad met directe toegang tot het zwembad vanuit de woonkamer. Bekijk horizon van de Golf van Mexico. Eenheid bevat 971 vierkante voet.
    KAN NIET MAAND WORDEN VERHUURD MAANDELIJKS. Maar zal huren met een minimum van 3 nachten.

Beautiful condo on the ground floor. We loved the easy access to the beach. The only possible downside for other travelers was that the balcony doesn’t look over the beach. We didn’t mind a bit though! The new pool was lovely and our host, Bette, was incredibly sweet and accommodating. We hope to return to this condo again next August.

2nd Time Stay!

We love this place so much that we stayed a second time and plan to stay again and again! The convenience to the pool and beach for my young family was ideal. While our baby napped our older kids were able to still swim in the pool that was steps away from our room. This place was everything we wanted and more! Highly recommend!

Host Bette was absolutely terrific in making sure you were able to get to the unit and get in appropriately! Place was very clean! The location was absolutely wonderful! Close to lots of different activities, restaurants, shopping. The views were amazing!!

Great Location

I believe that the room will offer unparalleled access to the pool and beach with ocean beach views from the unit. Clean and straightforward unit. Bed was comfortable and clean. Would like to have a return visit once the pool reopens. Checkout was a bit early, most hotels and VBRO Units have a 11:00 checkout. But overall. a great experience.

Superb quality

This is easily one of the better beach properties. It is well worth every penny. The place was clean, well kept and put together, visually and aesthetically pleasing, convenient, and to top it all off it had a beautiful view of the ocean. The description really under sales the place. My family of 4 enjoyed our stay here.

My husband and I came for a short stay after Christmas and found the condo exactly as pictured. We walked straight out to the beach and over to The Beach House for sunset viewing every afternoon. The condo had everything we needed and was very clean. Thank you!

Great condo.

When booking we were impressed with the unit’s location and pictures posted. Liked the idea of first floor, by the pool. Did not see the info regarding the pool closure until after the cancellation deadline had passed because of its placement. Would be fair to have that statement in bold print on first page with the posted photos. Could never open the curtains and enjoy because workers were in close proximity.The condo itself was otherwise perfect for us.
