Pinkie Flamingo was humming along to one of Blondie's oldies but goodies as she pulled in front of 283 Lakeland Dr. The 2-story home sat back on a well-maintained lawn garnished with stately palm trees. The expansive driveway could easily hold 4 cars. Pinkie Flamingo loved the metal roof and the inviting front porch…envisioning cool Summer evenings outdoors sipping wine and chatting with friends. Already familiar with the private, gated neighborhood of The Villas of Frangista, Pinkie knew the community pool and amenities were fabulous and the location just 10 minutes from the beach was superb. What special secrets lay inside 283 Lakeland were about to be revealed…

Beautiful coastal flooring underscored the scene and Pinkie approved. There was plenty of comfortable seating in the living area and the view out onto the private fenced backyard revealed a covered dining area with gas grill, a cozy fire pit and plenty of lounge options…the perfect backdrop on which to paint some beautiful vacation memories after a fun day at the beach. Ready and waiting for the next gourmet event, the modern stainless and granite kitchen stood by…filled with pots and pans, utensils, and dining essentials needed to whip up an edible vacation memory. With dining options both inside and out, Pinkie could see how accommodating this vacation rental really is.

Graced with a choice location in popular Miramar Beach, High Tide is convenient to area attractions in every direction. Venture out on Scenic Gulf Dr and cruise to numerous local eateries and shops. Or pop in the car and indulge in the upscale shopping and dining at The Grand Boulevard in just 10 minutes where you will find popular restaurants like Tommy Bahamas and Flemings. A bit further down Hwy 98 take a turn to the right and soon you'll be on Hwy 30A…a scenic drive composed of a diverse array of charming beach communities and quaint eclectic neighborhoods. Or head into Destin voted 'Best Beach Town' by Southern Living Magazine readers! Fans of deep- sea fishing refer to Destin as simply the 'World's Luckiest Fishing Village'.
