Het resortleven staat voor u klaar bij # 217 Pilot House, midden in het hart van de Baytowne Wharf in Sandestin! Voor grotere partijen bevinden Pilot House 215, 209 en 207 zich op dezelfde verdieping en zijn ze te huur. Informeer alstublieft.

U bevindt zich op slechts een steenworp afstand van het sprankelende lagune-zwembad, het bubbelbad, de bbq-grills, de picknickplaats en de fitnessruimte! Breng warme zomeravonden door op het extra grote balkon en geniet van het uitzicht op het weelderige resort. Ons Pilot House-appartement bevindt zich in het centrum van alles. U zult genieten van het suikerwitte strand, entertainment op de Baytowne Wharf en het mooiste zwembadcomplex in lagune-stijl van het resort. Sandestin Resort biedt vele voorzieningen - strandplezier, varen, tennis, golf, wandelpaden, een jachthaven, vissen en nog veel meer.

Onze stijlvolle 1BR-1BA biedt een kingsize bed, een volledige woonkamer met een HDTV, een volledig uitgeruste keuken en een complete badkamer. Voor onverwachte gasten is de woonkamer ingericht met een tweepersoons slaapbank. Een nabijgelegen lift maakt dit apparaat gemakkelijk toegankelijk voor zwembadniveau. Voor uw gemak is er een stapelbare wasmachine / droger en wifi is gratis.

Loop recht uit de voordeur van het Pilot House en loop naar het dorp Baytowne Wharf dat een genot is! Loop naar restaurants van wereldklasse, boetiekjes en een verscheidenheid aan gezinsvriendelijke activiteiten, zoals een zip-line, bungee-trampoline springen, avondentertainment, een carrousel, een klimwand, een speeltuin voor kinderen en op afstand bediende boten. Er zijn vaak 'films op het gazon', kunstexposities, festivals en speciale evenementen in Baytowne Wharf, de hartslag van Sandestin Resort. Vuurwerk is een wekelijkse traktatie tijdens de zomer.

De tramhalte ligt op een steenworp afstand en maakt de reis naar het strand in een handomdraai! Het leven op het resort staat voor u klaar op # 217 Pilot House, Sandestin!

Perfect location in Sandestin!

This was a great stay. The location was perfect for our teens to go downstairs and wander The Wharf by themselves. We loved being able to use the golf cart to easily get over to the beach or to the shopping area to get groceries. The condo was plenty of room for the 4 of us and was stocked well. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful Location

I took my adult daughter and a friend for a long weekend in Sandestin. The location is fantastic and you can walk to restaurants and bars. We loved having the golf cart to go to the beach. The condo was large and would be great for a girls trip and/for a family. The kitchen was well equipped and the balcony was large and great!! The king bedroom and bath is a little outdated but it was fine for me. I will definitely stay here again!!

Perfect location for families. Unbeatable convenience. One floor down to Baytowne dining and activities. One floor up to the pool and exercise room. Parking on the same floor as the unit. And the golf cart is a must for going back and forth to the beach! Unit is everything it is advertised to be. Looking forward to going back.

Pictures can be deceiving

I want to be fair but honest here. We picked this unit based on reviews and because it had a Golf Cart. The reviews were totally accurate. I had hoped that based on the dates the unit would have been updated by now but it has not. The location is awesome! The view is very nice. I had some concern about road noise and there really wasn't any. It was nice having the adjoining room to spread out. The bedrooms are small with no room for hanging or storing clothes, 8 hangers in each room. The kitchen, living, and dining areas are nice. The laundry was nice. The couch has seen a lot of use. There were several truly dirty dishes in the kitchen cabinets. Literally a frying pan that had been used and put away dirty in one cabinet and it's lid with grease spatters in another cabinet (one example). The floor has not seen a mop in ages, maybe it has been swept, but as my freshly washed house shoes can attest, the floor was truly dirty! Now the unit had an overwhelming smell of bleach when we arrived so I took that to be a good sign and the sinks, tubs, showers, toilets, etc. all looked pristine. When the owner says a "starter kit of supplies will be provided, bring your own" she means it! Not easy to do when you are flying in. So plan on a shopping trip. The bed was just as described, truly lumpy and it was on the frame sideways (to rotate the lumps?) Doors don't open, others don't shut. We definitely didn't need the Golf Cart! We will stay in Pilot House again but not in this unit.

Large 1 bedroom apartment, well appointed with fully equipped kitchen, large wide balcony, comfortable bed. Great location, close to golf courses, pool, and Baytowne Wharf. Beautiful beach is a 10 minute drive away. Parking was convenient. This unit was a very good value.

Review of 217 Pilot House

We had difficulty finding the entrance of our building. We had to go to a restaurant to ask where Pilot House was. It was terribly marked regarding the pool. We had to hunt to find our way out.other residents that we spoke with couldn’t explain where it was either. The bed was very ‘bouncy’ but comfortable. Overall we enjoyed our stay. My wife usually leaves rooms cleaner than when we arrive so the ‘cleaning fees’ are a bit excessive. Great location and now that we know how to navigate the Pilot House, we would return. ….and the toilet needs bolted down as it is loose. Lack of silverware too. Ants in sink and around counter

Amazing stay

Great location, beautiful grounds/pool. Unit was great, though kitchen could be stocked with more utensils etc. (to be fair the listing does advise of this). We enjoyed many breakfast’s on the balcony which is private. Great place to start the morning! Bed was a bit firm for myself, but a sponge cover is provided. We really enjoyed the use of the golf cart to get around the area. Would definitely stay here again!

The condo was very nice and just what we expected. But the parking at Pilot House is terrible. Not enough parking for all guests and the overflow parking is supposedly located at the Welcome Center which is over a mile away. This is not acceptable and made it very stressful if we left the condo in the car and could not find a spot when we returned.

Picture Perfect!

This is our 2nd year traveling to the Destin area for the 4th of July weekend and we stayed at Baytowne Wharf last year, so we did everything possible to stay again. The units are just as advertised. Clean comfortable all the things needed for a home. I had no major issues with anything in the unit. Baytowne has all the activities that can keep you occupied while vacationing without leaving their property. This has become our annual trip and my goal is to do whatever possible to stay at Baytowne or the surrounding Sandestin Golf community every year. The communication is very fast and having the property management office on site is an added plus for any urgent needs. I have only 2 things that could be different, minor but would help, the balcony needs a pressure wash you can see where the Florida weather has accumulated grime on the patio and the bed needs to have a more firm pillow top, but it didn't stop our enjoyment at all😁

Overall it was satisfying but small things I would like to recommend is to offer more silvers in the kitchen, 3 forks 2 butter knives are just not enough. Floor on balcony was extremely dirty, first I walked out there on barefoot and my feet’s became super dirty, also floor in condo was Sandy, first I did was broom the floor (I did that also before we left) that was very annoying, Also the door code from the main entrance was unknown to us. We had to walk up the garage ramp. (Not ideal with a 6 year old) I would also recommend to have a list on the fridge with all codes + WiFi ect. Most of the lights in the kitchen (microwave, stove) didn’t work… those are small $ items but details which I needed to leave 5 stars. Again, overall it was nice but like I mentioned the details are super important to us! Area, location and Pool were outstanding! Best regards, Dennis
