Vakantieparadijs! Absoluut alles wat u wilt of nodig heeft, is binnen handbereik in Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort.

Dit charmante en onberispelijke, net gerenoveerd 3/2, biedt plaats aan 8 (2 kingsize bedden, 1 queensize bed, 1 queensize slaapbank) met een grote eettafel, 3 zithoeken, 2 televisies, gratis WiFi en een terrastafel met uitzicht op de 17e fairway ! Alle gloednieuwe, schone meubels, in een lichte en open plattegrond.

Gebruik onze golfkar om u binnen enkele minuten naar het strand te brengen (u hoeft niet over de hoofdweg of snelweg te gaan), 2 gemeenschappelijke zwembaden, tennisbanen en 4 golfbanen! Spring in de golfkar naar Baytowne Wharf met talloze uitzonderlijke restaurants en leuke gezinsactiviteiten (een zip-line, klimmuur en geweldige speeltuin!) Deze vriendelijke gemeenschap verwelkomt je met veel activiteiten om uit te kiezen. Geen zin om te koken? Spring in de golfkar naar Grand Boulevard waar je Emeril's, Cantina Laredo, Grimaldi's Brick Oven Pizza, PF Changs en Starbucks vindt. Hier vindt u exclusieve boetieks, speciaalzaken en gerenommeerde winkels zoals Anthropologie, Billabong, Chico's, J. Jill en Pottery Barn, om er maar een paar te noemen. Een bioscoop met 10 schermen en tal van buitenevenementen ronden uw activiteiten af. Na een dag op het strand, raden we aan om buiten te eten in The Beach House (toegankelijk vanaf golfkar) in de schemering, en getuige te zijn van de meest adembenemende zonsondergang van uw leven op het mooiste suikerzandstrand waar uw tenen ooit het plezier van hebben gehad wegzakken.
Maar ... als je wilt blijven koken, spring dan in de golfkar naar Publix en kook thuis in onze volledig gevulde keuken, of grill op het achterterras en zie hoe de golfers hun rondes eindigen. Wat uw vakantiestijl ook is, we zijn ervan overtuigd dat u zult genieten van en genieten van ons huis en het all-inclusive, leuke en fantastische Sandpiper Village in Sandestin.

Perfect last minute get away

We absolutely loved the cottage. The golf cart was really nice and it only took 5 minutes to get to the beach. I was surprised when I got to the cottage and opened the fridge to find two of my favorite beverages waiting for me. The kitchen was fully stocked and there was even an air fryer. The cottage was very clean and in a quiet area of San Destin. We loved everything about this place and would definitely stay there again! I want to re-emphasize how awesome of a golf cart we had! Stay here. You won't be sorry.

Amazing stay as always!

This is our 4th stay here and we just love it so much! Kristen is one of the most amazing hosts and is so incredibly accommodating and communicative. We love the golf cart, access to local pools and how close you are to the beach. It comes well stocked with beach items, kitchen items (even spices and nutribullet blender!). Comfortable beds and roomy/open living area. We just love this place and hope to keep coming back for many more years :)

Fantastic place

This property was absolutely perfect for our group and Kristen really goes the extra mile to make sure you enjoy your stay. She communicates beforehand so you know what amenities the place has, and even has great tips for you to enjoy your stay. There is a book with even more details and restaurant recommendations/menus in the cottage as well. The place was quiet, comfortable, and we loved the location. We cooked several nights, and the kitchen is extremely well equipped. The golf cart is indeed brand new and functioned flawlessly for us!

We love this beautiful house….plenty of room/perfect floor layout……perfect for kids to play in sunroom and front room. They have desk behind loveseat …my son in law used desk to play games and work. Beautiful backyard. Also they have golf cart that we used a lot. Everything is perfect…for sure we will rent this place again.

Perfect getaway for all ages

This place was perfect for our week’s vacation! From the start Kristen was awesome to communicate with and answered all our questions about the property and the area! It was in a great location with lots to do for the adults as well as the teenagers. The weather wasn’t very cooperative during our stay, but there was plenty to do in the resort and outside the resort. A great getaway

This cottage was perfect. Exactly as described and better. The amenities were spot on. Electrical outlets for the bedside so you may charge your personal electronics! Genius level stuff. We had never been to the area and was there to attend a wedding. I knew I wanted better than hotel rooms so began a search. This place was a gem. Many thanks to the hosts, in particular, Kristen. Excellent Sandestin Home

My husband and parents stayed for two weeks. The house was perfect. The host was extremely responsive to questions and provided helpful information before check-in. The house was very clean. The house was also very well appointed. There were garbage bags, beach chairs, shampoo, pool noodles, everything you need for a stay. The house was also labeled and instructions provided. We loved taking the golf cart all over the resort. WIFI worked great. The neighborhood was very quiet. We liked being close to the resort exit for when we did leave. You are a short golf cart drive away from multiple heated pools, restaurants, and the beach. We would stay here again.

This was our second time renting this property. Our hosts were exceptional. It truly feels like we are staying at a family home. Little personal touches in every room. With the mints at the front door to Kleenex on your bedside . Going to the beach. They have thought of everything umbrella, chairs , towels , noodles and more. But the icing on the cake is the golf cart.

New Years weekend stay

Kristen is a great host. She makes sure you have everything you need. This was the second New Years spent in her lovely cottage. She is so thoughtful. Fantastic September Getaway

Everything about this stay was a positive experience. The listing was exactly as described and every possible amenity we could think of. The box of toys was a wonderful bonus that kept our toddler busy and prevented us from having to pack additional garb. The golf cart was a perfect addition to the stay allowing easy access to the pools, beach, dinning, and Publix. The host was equally as amazing. She was very prompt in her responses and welcome us with a personalized card including a happy birthday message to me. We will 100% stay at this property again and can't say enough positive things about this experience!
