Welcome to “Coastal Dreams,” a beautifully remodeled golf course villa located in the renowned Seascape Beach Resort in Miramar Beach. This coastal-chic retreat combines modern upgrades with access to one of the area's most amenity-rich resort communities, creating the ideal setting for a dream beach getaway.

The villa was recently remodeled and features upgraded kitchen cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, updated fixtures, tiled bathrooms, and new flooring throughout. The two-story vaulted ceilings in the open-concept living area flood the space with natural light, enhancing the bright and airy coastal aesthetic. The living room offers brand-new, comfortable furnishings, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and Wi-Fi—perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or exploring the resort.

The fully stocked kitchen is thoughtfully equipped for guests who enjoy cooking at home and includes both a Keurig and standard coffee maker to accommodate all coffee preferences. The dining area seats six and flows seamlessly into the kitchen and living space. A stackable washer and dryer are conveniently located in the villa, and the condo building also offers a shared coin-operated laundry facility off the main-level breezeway.

“Coastal Dreams” comfortably sleeps six guests. The spacious primary king suite features a wall-mounted flat-screen TV and a well-designed en-suite bathroom with a new vanity separated from the tiled walk-in shower and toilet area—allowing for privacy and convenience when multiple guests are getting ready. The queen guest bedroom offers ample closet space, a wall-mounted TV, and easy access to the guest bathroom, which features a large walk-in tiled shower with contemporary sliding glass doors. The living room includes a brand-new sleeper sofa for additional sleeping accommodations.

Step outside onto the oversized covered balcony, furnished with plush cushioned outdoor seating. This peaceful space overlooks the Seascape Golf Course and is the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee or unwind with a glass of wine in the evening.
