    With a wide view of Horseshoe Bayou, this modern studio provides a clean, aesthetically pleasing place to rest between your adventures. You can enjoy morning coffee out on the balcony, or in one of two different sitting areas. The wet bar-style kitchenette provides the cooking tools you need without sacrificing space. The backsplash matches that of the bathroom, set next to the bedroom space and featuring a shower/tub combination. They room was clean and had enough towels and toiletries in the room for our stay. Everything was walking distant in the Baytown area . I would stay again.

The building was hard to find exactly where to go when checking in. We found every building except for the one we needed. This delayed our check in time which after a long day in the car wasn’t fun. The instructions should be much more clear on how to get to the building. Once we found where to go then things improved. Great location for restaurants and activities including fishing and golf.

This is a fun place to stay. The room design gives you a condo feel vs hotel. Steps to the boardwalk and really good places to eat. Only negative was the water didn’t get very hot nor did it last long. Second shower won’t have much hot water. But excellent overall place to stay.

Great vacation studio

The studio was just as described. It was very clean, cozy and very convenient. Its location is prime. I’ll definitely stay again when I’m back in the area.

Loved it!

I loved this condo. The bed was comfortable and I appreciated the blackout curtains. I loved that it had a small table to eat on and a washer and dryer! A little hard to find after parking but once I was there it was in a great spot.

we enjoyed our time there. sofa and outdoor furniture could be cleaner. For those who are planning to use refrigerator, I recommend them to be prepared, because it's too small.

I love this location and room. Everything was awesome!

We enjoyed being close to the shops and restaurants. It was so convenient. The property was clean and provided everything we needed to celebrate my Birthday weekend. Thank you!

Was perfect and was exactly what we needed.

Everything was clean and the location was perfect. My daughter performed in the Baytown Irish dance show and this place was located right in front of the stage where she was performing. It is located with easy access to all the things you would want to do. We loved going downstairs to eat breakfast at the Ruby Slipper. We will definitely stay here again.

Great amenities!

The condo is in a great location even if it’s not on the beach! There are plenty of places to eat & things to do within walking distance to the condo. The complimentary beach shuttle was great option to use, because parking was always difficult to find. Instructions to finding the pool could have been better. We had to ask a valet for directions because none were provided in the condo or checkin email. Over all, the condo was good for a quick girls weekend.

The issue was not with the property but the listing on VRBO and actually finding the property… the main description of where I was staying was not anywhere in the listing info. And because this was my first time at this property made me figuring that out extremely difficult.

If you want an enjoyable vacation, I recommend booking another unit.Our frustrations began before arrival when the guest portal link provided for check-in did not work. We were unable to complete check-in until minutes before arriving when a working link was finally sent.We were instructed to park in the garage, but the access code did not work, and there were no directions to the building entrance. We had to ask the valet for assistance. Which wasn’t even in the garage. The advertised view was also disappointing, overlooking the parking lot.The biggest issue was the bed. It was extremely uncomfortable, and both my husband and I woke up sore every morning and dreaded going to bed each night. The sheets were stiff, and there was no fitted sheet or mattress pad. It was the most uncomfortable rental we have ever stayed in. The sofa and rug need a good cleaningThere were no instructions for operating features in the unit, the tram pass, wristbands, or checkout procedures. We also discovered the front door does not automatically lock unless the interior knob is positioned correctly. Because no instructions were provided, we returned to find the unit unlocked.While the location is convenient, it does not make up for the poor communication, lack of guest information, and miserable sleeping accommodations. Unlike a hotel, where you can request another room, we were stuck with these conditions for our entire stay. Unfortunately, this unit made our trip far less enjoyable.

Room was okay. Tv in bedroom area wouldnt turn off unless it was unplugged. Condo lock when flipped would actually leave the condo completely unlocked, so I don’t believe there was a way to completely deadbolt. When we got to the condo the code we were given was incorrect, Vacasa persisted it was correct so thankful the valet gave us their code until Vacasa gave us an accurate code the next day. No notifications about construction happening in main lobby, so our options were to carry our bags up and down 4 flights of stairs, ruin the construction teams work, or to leave bags in the car. We got a great deal but there was quite a few short-comings this stay.
