Welkom in het paradijs! Gelegen aan de overkant van het strand met toegang tot het strand, deze twee slaapkamers, twee en een half badkamer stadshuis is de perfecte strandvakantie! Ons stadshuis is onlangs bijgewerkt met nieuwe, met de hand geschraapte houten vloeren, verse verf in rustgevende strandtinten en alle nieuwe badkamerwastafels met granieten aanrecht.

De benedenverdieping beschikt over een ruime woonkamer met een aan de muur gemonteerde flatscreen HDTV, kabelbox en dvd-speler, een eethoek met plaats voor 6 comfortabel, een damestoilet en een volledig gevulde keuken. Boven is de grote master suite met een kingsize bed, een flatscreen-tv, een complete badkamer en een groot balkon. De tweede slaapkamer heeft twee comfortabele queensize bedden. We hebben ook een extra twin-matras, pack-n-play, stoelverhoger en strandspeelgoed zodat de kleintjes comfortabel en vermaakt zijn! Er is ook een extra complete badkamer op de tweede verdieping.

Ons stadshuis omvat handdoeken en beddengoed. Het complex heeft ook een zwembad met aangrenzend clubhuis met toiletten, een buitendouche en een wasmachine / droger faciliteit, gelegen op slechts een steenworp afstand van onze achterdeur. Er is ook een mooie, ruime, omheinde groene ruimte voor de kinderen om te spelen! Ons huis omvat veilige wifi, strandstoelen, strandmatten, ijskist, strandspeelgoed, een parasol, boogieplanken, boeken en spelletjes die u kunt gebruiken - breng uw zwempak, favoriete strandhanddoek en zonnebrandcrème mee! U bevindt zich ook op slechts 3 minuten lopen van Pompano Joe's, een van onze favoriete restaurants!

Ontsnap na een leuke dag op het strand naar je thuis weg van huis om te genieten van een glas wijn, het gezelschap van familie en vrienden, en val rustig in slaap terwijl je nadenkt over de meest ontspannende dag van je leven! Tot ziens op het strand!

We were very grateful that the property opened up to out-of-state guests just 2 days before our stay! Cali was very helbpful during our stay and very responsive to text messages. The condo was perfect for us! We had a great time and really enjoyed having our own private beach access as well as the community pool. I would definitely recommend this property!

Absolutely loved the condo and the atmosphere! It was so clean and perfect size for our group!

I wouldn’t have wanted to stay at any other condo! Cali was so good with communication and it made me feel way more comfortable. I was so surprised with how much the condo had to offer and how clean and nice it was!! They provided all the beach stuff we needed and the condo was excellent and perfect size. I could go on and on about how amazing my experience was with my friends. Furniture and beds were so comfortable and the whole place made you feel at home. We will definitely be returning next year! Miramar Beach townhouse vacation rental

We just returned from a great vacation at Miramar Beach. Our rental was very nicely decorated and equipped. We had two couples vacationing and one bedroom had two queen beds and the other had a king bed. This is very hard to find in a two bedroom rental. The townhouse was very clean and everything worked well. We pretty much had the inground pool to ourselves. Pool was immaculate. Cali was very friendly to deal with and explained things very well to us. Not a better townhome to be found for the price and location. We will definitely consider staying here again if we vacation in the Destin area.

Great location, needs a good cleaning!

Great location to the beach, shopping, and easy access out of town. The town home is great for families or couples. Our only issue was the cleanliness... It could use a good deep, cleaning and dusting. Also, the pool wasn't heated in the complex. Kind of a bummer on the cooler, windy days when the kids were hoping to swim. Owners were very responsive and easy to work with. The Destin/ Miramar Beach area is great!

Town home looked good!! The grounds around the back of the town homes/pool area are so pretty!!

Back home in Indiana!! The month of October was great, had a good time with several visits from family and friends!! Cali and Adam's town home suits our needs and our guests needs just right!! This was our second year here and we are hoping to make #3 for 2020. Thank you Cali and Adam!!

Great location for a family vacation!!

The condo is exactly as described and the pictures are accurate. The location is great and the beach is less than a 5 minute walk away. There are so many things to do within a 15 minute drive if you have kids. This is the best family vacation we have had. We plan on staying here again next year. The Lee Family

Everything was amazing! From first contact, the owners were awesome to talk with! No issues while there, everything we needed plus some was available at house! Beautifully decorated and comfortable!! Just as described

The owner has all bases covered for a nice family vacation. We have 4 kids, ages ranging 8-17, and had space for everyone. Kitchen is well stocked. Townhome is nicely decorated. Plenty of towels and washcloths for bath use. Everyone slept well in the beds. Townhome located far enough from the street to not have traffic sound and to feel safe. Easy walk to the beach with chairs, umbrella, toys, and mat provided. Having a propane grill was really nice. They have wifi available, which was a must for the teens in the group! The pool is right in the back yard. There is also a shower to wash off sand there. There are 3 washers and 3 dryers, coin operated, located a few steps away from the pool area which I did use. I did contact Cali once for a question I had (which she had answered in one of the information pages she emailed to me weeks prior to the vacation, i just forgot/failed to read it thoroughly) and she politely answered right away. Zero problems, wonderful experience. We will be back:) Thank you Cali!

Great vacation on Miramar Beach!

We had a great family vacation on Miramar Beach and thank you to Adam and Cali for sharing their vacation home with us. Perfect location with the beach a short walk across the road and the pool a few steps out the back of the townhouse. The house was furnished with everything we needed and also had beach chairs and an umbrella for our time at the beach. The whole rental process was was so easy and the communication from Adam and Cali was very timely. We had a beautiful week of weather and the memories we made will last forever! Thanks again!

Beautiful home, excellent location!

This is a tastefully decorated home and well maintained. We had all we needed and more for a week long stay. I have also never experienced such great communication with owners in the past. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone wanting a close proximity to the beach as well as a quiet neighborhood.

Family Event

December may not be the busiest times for this area but being so close to the beach, we were pleastantly surprised by the quiet neighborhood. We are from the country where all that is heard is silence so, glad NOT to hear sirens all night long. The Owners were very prompt to the couple of questions we had and very accommodating. The 1/2 bath downstairs is very handy and the open floor concept helped with the traffic flow beautifully. The two parking spaces are indeed a plus with family living in the area. The TV package was awesome. Goes way beyond the basics. My mother throughly enjoyed the Hallmark channel during the Christmas season. Love the location. Everything we needed was either within walking distance or a quick drive. Not sure if the new Alvin's Island going in next door is a pro or a con! It is what it is.

My family and I had a great time. The property was very clean and spacious and within walking distance of just about everything. Great restaurants just down the way, and the beach right across the street. The owners were very personable and great to work with. I will definitely be recommending this property to my friends and family and will be staying here again myself on our next trip to the beach!
