It features breathtaking views of the Gulf and tropical landscaping from the balcony and the living room. To access the Gulf-front balcony, you just take a stroll through the living room. Tile flooring is featured in the living room, kitchen, dining area, and bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a private bathroom with a jetted tub.



Other unique features included in the rental unit are Corian countertops, a double-door refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, dishes, pots, pans, and utensils, so cooking any meal is easy. The round solid wood table has seating for game playing or dining, and additional chairs are at the bar. For nighttime entertainment, turn on one of three TVs or pop a DVD in one of the three players. This condo also has the additional benefit of a stackable washer/dryer.
