The Crescent is een gated, laagbouwcomplex op een geweldige locatie bij Scenic Hwy 98. Als u op zoek bent om weg te komen van de drukte ... We hebben de plek voor je kreeg! Als je loopt in onze eenheid brengt u naar een rustige plek worden ingenomen door de warme, uitnodigende en rustgevende kleuren en meubels, evenals het prachtige uitzicht. De woonkamer is ingericht met een twee banken voor u om te ontspannen tijdens het kijken naar uw favoriete programma op de 50 "flatscreen-tv.

Maaltijden kunnen worden bereid in onze volledig uitgeruste keuken en vervolgens genoten aan de eettafel en stoelen of op het balkon. De full-size koelkast zal zeker van pas komen voor al uw bederfelijke.

Geniet van het comfort van thuis als je de slaapkamer in te voeren. U wordt verwelkomd door de rustgevende kleuren en meubels van deze elegant ingerichte kamer. We hebben een tv voor meer kijkcomfort verstrekt. Onze eenheid is ook ingericht met full-size aparte bedden in de tweede slaapkamer (die kan worden omgezet in een kingsize bed) en een queensize uittrekbare slaapbank.

Een full-size wasmachine en droger is ook aanwezig in het apparaat voor uw gemak.

2nd time staying at The Crescent and it did not disappoint. Condo just as described - view is amazing - beach chairs a bonus... would definitely come back. Had one small hiccup on first day and host communicated immediately and fixed our issue. During Spring Break there were alot of families with young ones... we have young adults - but that would be our only issue... less young kids in heated pool and hot tubs. Overall - Highly recommend!

We loved the proximity of The Crescent to the gulf waters. The condo was beautiful and the general area was very clean. We utilized the beach chairs and umbrella in the summer sun, but not the pool, which felt like warm bath water due to the high outdoor temps. We would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon, and it was fantastic! We loved the beach access and beautiful view! It was very clean, and communication with the owner was great! Very close to lots of activities. We really enjoyed the Village of Baytown Wharf.

Our host, Michelle was awesome, she was very responsive and accommodating. Communication was very prompt and helpful. We would definitely stay here in the future. Great view of beach and pool area, plenty of parking and very close to restaurants, shops and grocery.

Everything about this location is perfect. Proximity to pool, beach, groceries, restaurants and the outlet mall. 30 minute drive from the airport. Even the elevation and location in the property is great on second floor in the middle of the buildng. The unit has got some dated features but, we weren't there to spend time inside. Balcony and outdoor furnishings were great. Two beach chairs and an umbrella are part of the daily beach amenities. Love that is was a secure property and very well maintained. Cons that were not in the Owner's control: while we were there, flooring replacements in the unit next door - on the bedroom wall AND flooring replacement in the unit above. We spoke to the onsite management and received little more than confirmation it was happening, and they had hours of work. Clearly not supposed to start at 6 am but clearly nobody on site to manage that. Good News For You - they will be done before you stay! Come for the panoramic views, the pool, the landscaping and the beach - don't forget to bring your own beach towel though (would be a nice touch to have provided). Gracious host who ensured our arrival was smooth and some great restaurant suggestions. We will be back!!

We had a lovely stay at The Crescent The apartment was very clean but is ready for some upgrading in particular the bathrooms. The bedroom carpets need either cleaning or replacing. Michelle the owner was very helpful and communication was excellent.

Love everything about this place. The condo is roomie & homie. Everything you basically need to start off with. The pool is beautiful & beautiful to look at & the beach is right down the walkway from the pool. There’s amazing restaurants all around & everything to love about this place & its location!🥰

We’re so spoiled with everything about this place. The pool is huge! The heated pool is a lifesaver when it’s not always super warm! The beach is right off the property. There’s plenty of places to eat! The condo is always clean & efficient! The only negative thing I have to say is the bed wasn’t super comfortable but overall it was bearable. We absolutely love it!!! 10/10 recommend staying here.

Just a short drive into busy Destin, this Miramar Beach condo was perfect! The pictures don’t do it justice. Three options for sunning - the amazing pool area, the beach (where we had 2 chairs and an umbrella included in our stay) or the the balcony receives amazing rays through the day! The condo is fully stocked with all kitchen items you could possibly need, and there are grills available if you desire. The beds were comfortable and clean… and you can watch the waves of the ocean from the master. Absolutely would rent this again!
