    Empress 703 bij Seascape Resort is een prachtig uitzicht op de Golf en het uitzicht op het meer met adembenemend uitzicht vanuit alle gemeenschappelijke ruimtes en alle drie de slaapkamers. Word wakker en geniet van uw koffie in de ochtend terwijl u geniet van de prachtige uitzichten op het suikerwitte zand en de zomers bries. Met deze verhuur krijgt u twee strandstoelen en een parasol in uw appartement die u naar het strand kunt brengen, in plaats van $ 40 per dag te besteden met behulp van de plaatselijke strandservice-exploitant. Keizerin voorzieningen zijn onder andere een zwembad en een bubbelbad met uitzicht op het meer.


    Bij het betreden van de flat vindt u een van de woonruimtes met een HD-flatscreen-tv en een eigen balkon met uitzicht op het meer. De andere woonruimte beschikt ook over een HD-flatscreen-tv en een eigen balkon, maar met een prachtig uitzicht op de Golf. Deze twee aparte woonruimtes zijn geweldig, zodat volwassenen en kinderen niet hoeven vechten om de tv. De keuken is volledig uitgerust met alles wat u nodig heeft en is voorzien van roestvrijstalen apparaten. Het eetgedeelte en de ontbijtbar bieden plaats aan maximaal 8 comfortabel. Geniet van uw maaltijden aan de eettafel met een prachtig uitzicht op de Golf die de Smaragdkust te bieden heeft en als u een klein beetje was moet doen terwijl u op vakantie bent, wees niet bang, er is een wasmachine en een droger in de unit voor uw gemak.


    Deze drie slaapkamers, drie badkamers condo is geschikt voor een totaal van acht. De master-kingsize suite heeft een hd-flatscreen-tv, toegang tot het balkon en een prachtig uitzicht op de Golf. De master-suite met kingsize bed heeft een wastafel voor hem en haar, een bad en een inloopdouche. De tweede slaapkamer is ook een kingsize suite met een hd-flatscreen-tv, toegang tot het balkon en een prachtig uitzicht op de golf met een eigen bad. De derde slaapkamer is een stapelbed kamer die twee aparte bedden boven twee stapelbedden, HD-flatscreen-tv, badkamer en een uitzicht op het meer.


    GRATIS VIP-voordelen - Als onze gast ontvangt u een gratis VIP Perks-kaart waarmee u eenmaal per dag, elke dag van uw verblijf, alle onderstaande activiteiten kunt uitvoeren. De gratis VIP-voordelen zijn een snorkelavontuur, een diepzee-visexcursie, een dolfijnencruise aan boord van de SeaBlaster speedboot, 18 holes golf op verschillende lokale golfbanen, toegang tot het grootste waterpark aan de Smaragdkust en de Escape Room. Dit is onze manier om dank te zeggen voor het kiezen van Destin Palms Vacations! De gratis passen zijn per reservering en niet per gast. Ze zijn niet-cumulatief. Perks zijn beschikbaar elke dag van uw verblijf met uitzondering van de dag van vertrek. Gratis charter visexcursies, de escape room en golf zijn het hele jaar door beschikbaar. Was given the wrong access code to get invehicle entrance. Didn't get the correct one til late second day. Coffee pot didn't work but mgt company delivered one right away. Website said 2 chairs and umbrella including dead in rental. Was told they should be in the condo they weren't but they delivered next morning but the wording made it sound like the ones on the beach. Kinda chintzy for such an upscale condo.

Reviewer Comments: We had a great week overall in Destin and enjoyed Empress property as a whole. However, unit 703 needs some serious works. The unit requires a deep cleaning (air vents had mildew and furniture was very dirty), the kitchen was very ill equipped (unit sleeps 12 plates for 10 and only a handful of bowls), the vacuum doesn’t work either.

Reviewer Comments: This 3-bedroom condo in The Empress was super spacious and so reasonably priced. It has two large living rooms which was great since we had the two toddlers with us. The large kitchen table accommodated all eight of us to eat at the same table at the same time. Two large balconies were nice, one overlooks the beach and the other overlooks the pool and amazing lake. The location of the condo was perfect for accessibility to stores, shopping and restaurants. We love Miramar Beach in the Destin area. I would certainly rent this condo and in this complex again.

The view was outstandingly gorgeous.. the sunrises and sunsets were just breathtaking and every night and morning were so different and unique. The outdoor patio lights did not work at night- which was disappointing. We put in new light bulbs, but they didn't come on. We spent a lot of hours out on that patio! also- the kids wanted to watch some dvds- but the dvd player in both living rooms was jammed/ broken. they ended up having to watch in the bedrooms. There was plenty of room for us on the beach (I realize it was off season) to set up our own umbrellas and chairs so we didn't have to rent. We were slightly frustrated when we arrived that we coulnd't get in right at 4- you have to wait until the housekeepers are done- so anytime between 4 and 6 they let you in. Our fault for not understanding quite right! But after driving all day it was hard to wait and get back in the car until we got the text. The staff was a little rough around the edges dealing with that misunderstanding, but I can't blame them! We didn't want to leave and wish we could have extended our stay. The two living room spaces were lovely, and we used the back deck to put all the beach gear so it didn't dirty the house. Overall we had a wonderful time- and hope to come back to this unit!

Great location, easy beach access, limited parking during high season. Great space in condo, loved the kitchen amenities. Beach umbrellas all broken, one dirty comforter in master bedroom but enough other blankets to make do. Loved the washer and dryer, bathrooms, balconies, and desperate living spaces. Would definitely rent again.

A Great Place To Spend Time With My Family

There is plenty of space for everyone. Having two living rooms was something that is hard to find. I've never seen such large balconies in condos. There was one oceanfront and one overlooking the lake. When at the condo; I spent much of my time on the balcony overlooking the lake. It was so peaceful. The elevator was right outside of our door and was shared with only one other condo on our floor. You can't get better than that. I only have a couple of negative opinions about the place. I knew that there was a road between the condos and the beach. What I didn't realize was how busy the road was. There is constant traffic and is very noisy when sitting on the balcony with the ocean view. I was also disappointed that they couldn't let us purchase an extra parking pass. With us traveling so far; we had to drive three vehicles and had to park one on the street all week. The parking lot was about half full the whole time we were there. When loading our vehicle to get ready to drive home; I ran in to a very rude worker. I had put my luggage cart in the wrong place and he came running out the door hollering at me. I tried to apologize but he continued to want to argue. Wasn't a very good way to end a stay at a beautiful condo. We are used to always staying close to the Harbor in Destin. We chose this property because of the size and price. We were all disappointed with the area and congestion. There were no seashells to be found. Next year we will look for something closer to Holiday Isle.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good rental. We’ve stayed at several condos at the Empress over the years. We like the higher levels bc of view of bay and ocean. We will be back. Destin Palms was great to work with.

Having a washer/dryer was very convenient with children! We had a great time during our stay. We will be back for sure!
