    U zult verliefd worden op deze prachtig ontworpen Laurel Grove huisje bij Sandestin® Resort! Onze locatie is ideaal ...... steenworp afstand van de Laurel Grove clubhuis waar u een verwarmd zwembad, jacuzzi, mini-keuken, outdoor grill gebied en state of the art fitnessruimte te vinden. De buurt heeft ook een aantal vijvers voor de gasten om te vissen. Als u op zoek bent naar entertainment, restaurants of winkelen, de Baytowne Wharf is een korte golf cart rijden. De witte zandstranden van het resort zijn ook vlakbij.

    Alles is top van de lijn, en geen detail over het hoofd gezien! Met een vleugje raffinement, is ons huisje ontworpen in aardse kleuren en strakke meubels. De master bedroom is op de begane grond en beschikt over een kingsize bed, eigen badkamer met groot bad en aparte douche. Een gast slaapkamer op de begane grond biedt een kingsize bed en eigen badkamer. Boven vindt u een ruime en private derde slaapkamer met twee queen bedden en een bad te vinden. De volledig gevulde gastronomische keuken is voorzien van granieten werkbladen en roestvrij stalen apparaten. Onze zonnige eetkamer stoelen zes met extra keuken bar zitplaatsen. Buiten zitten op de veranda en genieten van een rustige uitzicht over de golfbaan en de vijver.

We absolutely adored this place! The house was just the right size for my family of four. My son had a blast fishing in the pond out back every day, and the golf cart was a real game-changer. It was so convenient to take it everywhere we needed to go, from Publix to restaurants, shops, and even the beach. The only downside was that the bedroom upstairs didn’t get as chilly as the rest of the house. But overall, everything else was fantastic!

Golf getaway

Convenient location for golf, Grand Blvd. and outlet mall. Less crowded than beach properties. Only negative was that the property description indicated a sofa sleeper with linens that is not there.

The house is beautiful! Out of all the ones we have stayed at in Sandestin over the years, this one is by far our absolute favorite. The layout is great and so spacious. We did encounter a problem with the golf cart. It was not working so we didn’t have one for our stay. The property management company handled that situation the best they could with a completely dead (motor bad) golf cart. We made it anyway just fine with our cars. Laurel Grove community is so very nice! I will definitely save this one for the future.

A Wonderful Fall Break

We love staying in Laurel Grove. It's close to the beach without the noise, crowds and traffic. This is our fifth year staying in this neighborhood. Our house was clean, quiet, and peaceful. It had all the amenities we needed. We always enjoy the golf carts as our main mode of travel to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The 6 person cart accommodated our entire family including all of our beach gear. The back porch was our favorite spot for morning coffee, evening cocktails, and watching our guys on the 18th green at The Raven course . We hope to stay here again!

Happy we got a house

It rained almost every day during out week long trip and we were glad we had the extra room along with the screened in back porch and the golf cart was a big bonus. Kids loved every minute of it. Definitely a different type of trip, but the beach was still convenient to get to with about a 10 or 12 minute golf cart ride. Would stay here again for sure.

We love the house, we love the location, and we love the setting. My favorite part is sitting on the back porch in the morning with a cup of coffee. I’m watching the ducks swim in the pond. I’m watching the joggers run the golf cart path along the fairway across the pond. We love it so much that we came home and reserved the same house for the same time next year.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay with really only one issue! The Clothes Dryer did not work for 5 of the 7 days we were there. We were alerted to the issue on Sunday evening our first day by the management company and that they would have someone out tomorrow to fix it but no one came out until Thursday afternoon to fix it...This did impact our stay especially with 7 ppl in our party. I was told we would receive compensation for not having a dryer.. We got $162 back...lol Since we knew we were going to have a Washer/Dryer we did not bring a ton of clothes.. So this was a major impact on our stay. However other than this one issue we really enjoyed our stay and the accommodations!
