De master slaapkamer en badkamer, twee slaapkamers en een gast badkamer bevinden zich op de tweede verdieping. De grote slaapkamer is voorzien van een elegant en comfortabel kingsize hemelbed, een zithoek en een flatscreen-tv. De master-badkamer heeft een inloopdouche en een apart bad. De extra twee slaapkamers bevinden zich tegenover de slaapkamer. Een koningin slaapkamer in een slaapkamer en een Twin over Full Bunk Bed met een Twin-onderschuifbed zijn in de tweede.

Op slechts een steenworp afstand biedt de torenkamer een panoramisch uitzicht vanaf drie muren. De torenkamer is voorzien van een flatscreen-tv en een slaapbank.

Eerste verdieping
De ruime, open plattegrond van de eerste verdieping is ideaal om te ontspannen na een volledige dag op het strand. De woonkamer heeft comfortabel meubilair en een grote flatscreen-tv. In de volledig uitgeruste keuken vindt u alle kookgerei en servies die u nodig hebt om de favoriete maaltijden van uw gezin te bereiden. Het eetgedeelte en de ontbijtbar bieden voldoende zitruimte voor de hele groep. My family enjoyed the rental, overall. We had an issue with the AC the last 2 days but that didn’t totally spoil our getaway. The sofa bed on the top floor is not comfortable for an adult. I had to purchase an air mattress for my son while he was up there. Being that close to the beach was great. All of the instructions made for a smooth rental experience Thanks for taking our booking.

Hoosiers go to Mirimar Beach

Very nice area. Home was wonderful and spacious. Beaches were beautiful and sand was white as sugar. The resort pool was closed for most of our stay, which was sad for our non beach goers. Overall it was a great vaca!

Great stay

The beach house was exactly as described! The beds were comfortable and it was nice to have a tv in every bedroom since the living room doesn’t have a ton of couch seating. The table and chairs were perfect for our large family and for game nights. The walk to the beach was no more than maybe 6 mins, if that. Perfect location. The driveway easily held 3 SUVs for our large family. The pool is right out the back door for easy access as well. We did have a couple of minor issues, (nothing that “interrupted” our stay) but they were addressed and fixed immediately. The rental company provided the extra towels we needed in the meantime and a new grill was delivered the very next morning. The only thing I wish this house offered would be an extra fridge. Trying to keep drinks cooled down and store food in one fridge is not enough. Aside from that, this house was everything we needed!! Thank you- we plan to come back!

Solid built rental, needs TLC, close to beach.

Truly a 2 minute walk to beach! We loved the solid nature of the home, the porches, and the 3 levels of this rental. A/C works great on 1st & 2rd floors, 3rd was warmer. Kitchen is well stocked with plates, glasses, cups, cookware, and utensils (only thing in ad that was not there was a blender.) There are plenty of towels! Clean overall except upstairs balcony (bottles & food remains) and air return vents. Management company responded quickly and sent people to deal with our 2 main issues: Dryer overheated easily and fire alarms went off one day and into the night. It is a rental home and needs some TLC. There were knots in some blinds where we could not close them, the blinds are not attached at bottom on entry door so it bangs around when you go in and out (could be dangerous for a small child). There is a hole in the wall in one bedroom, cracks in kitchen floor, counter, and sink. 1st floor bathroom sink doesn’t drain properly. Rotting board on outside step. We had a great time with our 12 family members, being together was what it was all about and it did afford us that! 😊

Perfect House to stay in Miramar Beach

We stayed a week in this house, and hated to leave. It was perfect for our family, and was a short walk to the public access point for the beach. The house is beautiful, and is well laid out for a family. We loved sitting in the third floor and watching sunset. Will definitely stay again.

Amazing house - great location and the cutest 'neighborhood'... you can walk to Alvins Island and Dollar General and of course the beach. 3rd floor tv room/lookout was our favorite and the balconies were nice. All necessities were provided. Started to feel like 'home' by the end of the week - no one wanted to leave.

Dreammaker is a place for wonderful memories

First time to Destin area and had a wonderful time. Hopefully we will go back next year. The house served us well. We had eleven people and everyone had a bed. We had lots of good times playing games around the table and getting up everyday and walking to the beach was awesome. The house was convenient to everything. We will be back.
