Family vacation
This information is strictly for the property manager. I don’t want to post it. There was a lot we loved about this house. The spaciousness, the great pool, the location, the kitchen and dining area and bedrooms were all great. But there was something’s we were disappointed in. The house really needs a deep clean! The day to day stuff was clean but the blinds were all very dusty. The utility room doors were covered in dust. The hood vents are dirty, etc. I realize during the busy season you do not have time between turnovers to deep clean but as soon as you get some down time it needs cleaning! We were very disappointed in the outdoor patio area. The grill is very delipidated, dirty and did not light. The outdoor television did not work. The fire pit did not work very good either. I know a lot of families don’t cook but we use the grill every night. For the price we paid we expected better. My husband was especially disappointed because that area is his domain. He says he doesn’t want to come back unless these areas are addressed. I want to come back, because I loved the view and kitchen. The doors also stuck or wouldn’t close completely so it was hard to latch. Thank you so much for a great stay. We had a great week. Hope you can address some of these issues so we can come back next year!
